This location in the Duluth Minnesota Miller Hill Mall, isn’t so good as other locations. The Carmal high raise blended is great at any location. The personal touch by employees forsure varies by location. This one had nothing on the menu available. The gal seemed so disinterested and didn’t care to be at work. Not enough seating available either.

I wish I could give negative stars. I deliberately go to caribou coffees instead of Starbucks because I like the atmosphere better (normally). This one in particular is a disaster. The workers are always snotty and catty. The manager is no better. Very rude and snobby. I had a complaint about one of the workers rolling her eyes when I asked politely to fix my order. I asked to speak with a manager and she attacked me before I could even get a word out. Very displeased but happy to say I’ll go to Starbucks any day over caribou now. When I’m paying upwards of $5-6 for a drink, I better get good service

Unbelievable how their bad attitude with the customer. I come there buy black coffee every day and know exactly how much for my drink. It’s just a small size of coffee and today the staff charges me the price of the big size coffee with no reason and does not give me the receipt. She just looks at me so weird and uncomfortable. Be aware with your money.

In a noisy line of people in the center of a mall. the baristas are still friendly but you can tell they’re exhausted from working so quickly for so many people. orders are sometimes mixed up.
