Beware the full cup of ice!
So I’ve always had decent service here until recently. I’ve always ordered the same drink the same way until the barista rolled her eyes at me for requesting less ice in the drink.
Well I stopped ordering at this caribou for awhile and today I was in a giant rush so I went down and grabbed a chai on the way to getting where I needed to go.
I slurped it down only to find out that yet again there is an excessive amount of ice left in my cup. If you see the picture, it doesn’t lie! My drink was literally 75% ice after it melting for 10 min.
Even if I’m late for work I’ll be going out of my way and bypass this location to go to Starbucks next time. The barista’s there are less hassle and they don’t put 75-80% ice in your drink.
Congratulations caribou! You lost a $750+ per year customer! Oh and I want a 75% refund!

context: i work in the mall at a very high traffic store right next to this location. i buy food from here everyday. there is an older woman that works at this location that has been very rude to me and not only that but shes messed up my order a few times. i went there asking for 2 waters (one for me and one for my coworker) and was told in a very off putting tone that i had to wait on the other side (which im well aware of) i sit there for about 15 minutes waiting for my water, mind you im currently clocked into work at this time using my 15 minute break for some water. i go up and ask when ill get my water, they apologize saying theyre really busy and itll be out in a few minutes. about 5-10 more minutes go by and i go to the front to ask again because 20 minutes for water is a little crazy. i see another worker holding a regular cup and i overheard him telling the older lady it was for me, i then hear her say “no im giving her these” and she puts 2 shot glass sized cups of water on the counter. mind you, it was not that busy there. maybe 2 people in line before my when i first ordered my water. then the next day comes and my coworker informed me that the same older lady working there was talking to him about how i was rude. she’s unprofessional and that is certainly not how you talk about fellow mall employees/regular customers.

If this is the caribou in the. Mall it sucked big time. I ordered a Turtle Moca and it tasted like a little flavor water and when I told the staff they said “it’s a Turtle mocha,” and I said again that it was not good at all. They just walked away from me so I WASTED $14.00 ON SOME NASTY FLAVORED WATER BECAUSE THEY WERE LAZY KIDS WHO ACTED LIKE I WAS LYING
