The lady who took my order was really nice and the service was quick, my food came out hot and fresh, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were feathers still on my chicken. I ordered hot wings extra wet and crispy, but the sauce was very oily and lacked flavor. The blue cheese was the generic Ken’s brand and didn’t have much taste either. Overall, the customer service was good, but the food just didn’t hit the mark for me. Probably won’t be back.

Have had their lemon pepper wings and always are good. Today tried the double smash burger, did not disappoint. Very very good would definitely order again. The onion wings weren’t anything to write home about, but the tasty burger more than made up for it.

Ordered fish – According to menu it is supposed to come with hushpuppies & coleslaw. I called them because these items were missing from my 2 fish orders, girl on the phone stated that they don’t have hushpuppies & coleslaw. I was told that I must have been looking at a WRONG MENU…. I told her that it’s funny that I ordered it directly from their online menu & that she had called me originally to inform me that they didn’t have mustard to put on their Smashburgers. Wants me to send a picture with the hushpuppies & coleslaw showing as being included.

I loved this place until today. The food has been good..until today.. I placed an order and then Jane the Korean girl that took the ordered stood there and was digging in her nose, blowing her nose and everything right at the counter. I couldn’t eat it. I asked for my money back and had her give it to me on a napkin. She did go back and wash her hands but the damage was already done..and she was really digging in her nose..it was disgusting. I won’t be back.

The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because it was delivered quickly. But after receiving it I know why. I asked for extra crispy and they were just barely done and the flavor was lacking. Had to put them in the air fryer and add my own lemon pepper sprinkles. They WILL NOT see another dollar out of me. Do yourself a favor and just go to American deli.
