This Caribou location had friendly, helpful service and a quick order turnaround. My beverage tasted great. The inside of the building felt a bit rundown compared to other Caribou locations, but it was still cozy and comfortable. It’s also s but smaller than most other locations I’ve been to.

I really like how they make the drinks here, but the customer service is lacking. I came out of my way to come to this Caribou for a birthday drink the day of my birthday with my rewards account. I joined a few weeks ago, but no coupon showed up. instead of helping me figure it out, they left me at the counter, holding up the line. It was like they were just waiting for me to leave. Im not coming back to this Caribou.

I have a complaint about my store visit this morning. I placed an order on the app for a medium Earl Grey Tea Latte for a walk in pick up. I was pleased to see that my drink was ready and waiting for me as I arrived. However the weight of the drink felt very light when I picked it. I opened up to see that it was only 2/3 full with at least 3.5 inches from the top of the cup. I paid $6 for this drink. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she made zero eye contact with with me and mumbled something that I could barely hear and walked away with my drink. It was clear she felt I was an inconvenience. When she showed it to the barista, I saw them both shaking their heads. At this point I was very uncomfortable for even asking to have a top off of milk. Once they gave the drink back to me, I examined the drink to see that they filled it only another inch. So basically I paid $6 for a $3.50-$4 worth of a cup. Instead of mentioning anything again, I just left. I am letting you know that I will not be going to this location anymore and I will be spreading the word about how rude your employees are to customers. And that the drinks here are not satisfactory.

I don’t like to leave low reviews, however, I know the potential and expectations of a Caribou. The good: Quality of coffee and food is very good. Space to work is good. Convenient and good overall atmosphere. Not good: Baristas are not up to expected friendliness of other Caribous. The shop is very unkempt. (I’ve been here several times and it is the same): Trash on floor, coffee poured on trash and condiment bar, full trash, pallet of boxes always right in front, bathrooms full of toilet paper and towels all over floor and plugged. (I know this shop in particular has had difficulty getting staff the last couple years, so I’m sure that is contributing) I will come here again, but I know they can, and should, do better.

I despise this location. Everytime I come here it’s absolutely chaotic. You have to repeat your order several times and they still make it wrong. Today I asked for an extra shot of espresso in my drink and it clearly was not in the drink. In addition, I ordered a bacon bagel and instead got this soggy biscuit sandwich. I called to ask for my money back and instead they told me the next time I come in to say they messed up my order and I would get a free sandwich. I simply wanted my money back or it loaded to my rewards account so I could get it at a different store because this one is horrible. Terrible customer service.

Worse location ever they literally rushed my drink. First gave the wrong drink and the second time gave me the same. I alway get same drink when I visit . I had asked for dark hot chocolate and was given a milk chocolate. Mind you the drink cost me almost 7 dollars and and I tipped. What’s worse they dismiss me and one of them

If I could give 0 , I would. Staff is unprofessional and unskilled. Ordered a mobile order for pickup, doors were locked when I got there 15 minutes later. Had to wait over 10 minutes in line just to get to the order box only to be told to drive around to the side door where my order should have been ready to go already. No apology or consideration for my money or time I would highly recommend going to another location.

Probably the worst Caribou I’ve ever been to. The store is always a disaster though I suppose that’s a moot point because they are constantly closing the lobby. There’s often a paper sign saying drive thru only. However, they still accept lobby pickup order ahead orders. So I have had to sit in the long drive thru line as my mobile pickup order gets cold that I should have had 7-10 minutes ago when I tried to open the lobby door.
