This location is more quite than many of the others and that is one of the reasons I like it. They have plenty of tables inside to sit at, socialize, or work on something. The store is clean and well kept.

The cashiers and baristas are friendly.

My orders have always been accurately filled.

If there is an opportunity for improvement that I’ve noticed is that guests waiting at the counter are sometimes ignored or deprioritized over cars through the drive-thru. I’ve had experiences where I was clearly waiting at the counter to have my order taken before somebody pulled up to the menu board outside. The cashier has, on multiple occassions, made me wait while they took the customer at the drive through first and served them. That may be a company policy, but it makes the customers inside feel valued less.

Not great. I went through the drive thru and my blended drink was hardly blended. There were almost full sized ice cubes in my drink! Made it impossible to use a straw on the long drive home. Pretty bummed. Other locations have 0 chunks. I would rather save my occasional treat to myself for a different location. Will not go here again. But, it did taste good!

Absolutely criminal they charge $7 for a large cup that’s filled 40% or more with ice and is not even close to being fully filled. No way they stay in business with this economy.

Buyer beware, baristas will tip themselves if you give them a credit card. $15 for two small drinks, and they were out of the flavors ordered. Normally my go-to, now an occasional cash only treat.

This post represents ALL single/alone people trying to SURVIVE life by feeling safe ALL alone/single in a world of strangers– at a coffee shop anywhere on Globe!! Giving this caribou a 2nd chance after severely discriminated for being alone/single–Kind Kaity gave excellent customer service Treating me with care/respect as an individual. I felt more Respected Sitting all allone this time because I had my laptop. Everyone left me alone in peace sitting by myself. unlike the 1st time sitting all alone by myself reading: cruel heartless strangers discriminating against anyone alone/single forced me feel severely bullied/attacked/harassed for doing absolutely NOTHING wrong sitting peacefully by myself. This is what we single/alone survivers face everyday in a world of strangers. Keep caribou safe for EVERYONE especially single/alone survivors far more at risk than ANYONE else!!! Be nice to single/alone people please!!! Thank you!

The baristas here this morning were awesome. It was busy, the drive thru line was quite long, but they were doing great at managing that and the orders inside. Drinks, food, and service were still top notch. Thank you so much!

I’ve visited multiple locations. This location I definitely wasn’t feeling welcomed. The service was crap. I asked for the manager and the person whom took my order was polite at all. The team member,the one that was making the drinks was drowning in orders and the manager wasn’t a team player at all. Purple hair. So when I left the location I made it be known to the crew member that was making drinks that she was doing great. The manager on the other hand was polite at all!

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru this AM and then when it was my turn at the window the drink was a large and I ordered a small. Frustrating experience.

I’ve been going to this location for awhile now everyday. I get the same drink everyday. Mupltiple times now they have messed up my drink. The first time they blamed me for how I ordered. They said I should clarify that I wanted raspberry instead of blue raspberry, which in my opinion is pretty much common sense. If I wanted BLUE I would have said blue. I now order my drink how they told me too. But they still can’t get it right. Today they messed up my drink. When I go back to get new one they sounded so fake and at the window when we were tying to hand back the bad drink she woudlnt take it and was rude about it. yesterday they couldn’t figure out how to use my rewards so I ended up leaving and they took my points and I got no drink. Today was my last time coming to this location. Which is only 2 minutes away from my house. I paid 9 dollars for terrible service and the wrong drink. ( kept in mind I work in the food industry) .
