They greeted us as we walked in ! They seated us fast ! They are decorated for Christmas ! They brought us their famous biscuits and Cinnamon butter ! We ordered the Sweet Tea ! It was fresh brewed and spot on ! We order the Two for Fried Country Chicken dinner dessert comes with it ! It was fresh , hot & delicious ! The Banana pudding had more whipped cream then Pudding ! The Chocolate Cake was dry ! But over all the dinner was good, not great !

I went here for my best friend’s birthday. There was 11 of us. We ordered the family feast. It was definitely enough food to feed everybody. The fresh baked hot biscuits are the best. If you don’t like sweet butter, you can ask them for regular butter that’s how I like it.

The good was OK, but the ribs weren’t the best for it was hard to removed the meat from the bone! Also, the brisket was extremely fat.
The young lady today Sunday 11, 2025, at the pick up window was extremely helpful and friendly! She is extremely lovely and informative.

We had a party of 11 and they accommodated us well by giving us private seating.

Karen was an amazing host! She was very attentive, allowed our party to sit down before everyone arrived.

Daniel was great at being the only one taking orders and patiently handing out our beverages and our appetizers. It was nice to see other servers step up and assist him with serving the plates.

Not a huge fan of the food though. The macaroni and cheese was a cheese sauce and almost like a box kind.

We were told the brisket was dry prior to us ordering our food from previous customers.

The Nashville hot chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy and didn’t have much flavor to it.

The fried pickles are delicious.

The deviled eggs are like a 3/10.

The watermelon drink is super refreshing!

This place is always fun to visit every once in a blue moon. The atmosphere and service are top notch. When it comes to the food, major lack there of. Wife and I ordered the 3 meat 2 sides deal for each of us thinking it was going to be something we would take home with that amount of food. Nope. We got served tiny portions for toddlers. For the amount of money to be spent on those 2 meals we could have gone to a real BBQ spot and gotten half the menu. Lesson learned. Typical franchise food corporation.

Went last night with a friend. I never really wanted to go to Lucilles because i’m not a saucy barbecue person.
We had gift cards. We arrived around 4:30pm. I ordered a rack of St. Louis ribs with easy sauce so I could take some home for later and so did my friend. The ribs were way undercooked , they definitely were not fall off the bone , and we couldn’t even cut them off the bone ,
but they were seared on the outside to the point of crisp. I had the potato salad, which was very good and also the coleslaw. Maybe the ribs weren’t done because we arrived too early. But they should not be serving undercooked meat just to get something on the plate. I’m taking the ribs home to finish the cooking process and i’m sure they will fall off the bone. To the manager that came to our table, act like you care about your customers. I doubt if any complaints ever get back to the chefs.

This place used to be so delicious. U don’t know what happened. I ordered the brisket plate. The sides (mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables) were great. The brisket was so bad it crumbled when I tried to pick it up. It was WAY TOO DRY. I actually asked to speak to the manager and showed him the meat and asked if I could switch my meat to the tri -tip. That was so much better. The manager was nice enough to give us a whole complete plate. I had just asked to switch the meat item.

**UNRELATED TO THE FOOD**” The bathroom smelled like they had plumbing issues.

When they first opened Lucilles in So Cal, we LOVED it!! The food was perfect, the meat was tender and juicy, the Fried Green Tomatoes were excellent!! Not so this time! No Fried Green Tomatoes. I don’t like garlic in my mashed potatoes, but the fried chicken and green beans were delicious. I don’t think we will be going back. Makes me sad

My friend and I got the pick 2 combo. the ribs and other meats were good, but the meat was more on the dry side. The sides were ok. Corn pudding was pretty good. Anything with potatoes was good too.

Staff were efficient. They check up on you from time to time.

Plenty of parking to the right of the restaurant.

We love their rack ribs, Alabama Chicken, pulled pork, and their biscuits with apple butter!
We were all pleased with our orders and we were seated right away with no reservation on a Saturday night.
Last but not least, we would like to give a shout out to our server Ryan, thank you for your above and beyond service! You are awesome!
