Every time I ask for a decaf here, they act like I’m asking the worst possible request. “Well it will take 5 minutes!” When I say fine, they get pissed off. It is a coffee shop right? And decaf is a type a coffee? Today was the tipping point, though. I told the cashier I wanted a decaf and she replies, “you want coffee, which of the three flavors of the day do you want?” And I said, “what do you mean? I want a decaf.” She got really flustered and angry and said that SHE was confused. It was a simple request asked very politely. So then the barista steps in and asks what I want, and I said I want a decaf. “Well that will take 5 minutes.” I said “that is fine.” This whole time I’m being very civil despite being grilled like a criminal. The cashier finished the transaction very angrily, as if I just committed the most horrible thing. I seriously don’t get it. I get you have to do a pour over and maybe that’s your least favorite thing to do. But you’re a coffee shop. If you really don’t want people ordering decaf, then put up a big sign that says you don’t serve decaf. Until then, don’t be so rude to customers who do request it.

this location says it has drive through delivery …. but when I got there and realized it was in Town Square (2nd floor) that clearly was wrong. luckily I know how to park in that building but that cost me $8.71. please change that on your Google description! 5 stars otherwise
