Tavern style pizza is better than the Detroit in my opinion, the sauce is very good regardless. Dough nuggets are a good starter. A little bit of a wait for the food but service was polite. A tad pricey, could definitely benefit from some kind of daily specials.

My sister ordered a sandwich from here that was like $26 and a pizza that was like $32.
You could for real get better prices at like a Michelin star restaurant in chicago.
Also, their food is rather bland.
For example, the Brick Stix are quite bland.
And, they forgot our side of ranch that we paid extra for.

Great pizza pub with a relaxing atmosphere. The dough nuggets and tavern style pizza are my favorites. I’ve had the Detroit style too which was good but I think the tavern style is better. Service is polite and helpful. Been here a few times and we’ll be back again.

What a meal, I left so satisfied and full. The best thing we had was the “Cinna Bites” – fried dough balls with cinnamon sugar and icing, and they were to die for. The italian beef pizza roll and detroit-style pizza we’re really good, and of course the dough nuggets were fantastic, too! Our waitress was really friendly!

First entered to sign saying short staffed should have been an indication of service, but the Italian Horseshoe is pictured below. The food was okay and hot. Service was okay, but for a lunch hour it was extremely empty!

I had the tavern style 12 inch buffalo chicken pizza and two beers. With tax the total came to $25, which I thought was very reasonable. They had a lot of draft beer options, I believe 32. The pizza was very good and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back to this place.
