Yesterday I was very impressed how a young lady named Jada provided truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I placed my drink order, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully, made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about giving great service, but Jada clearly does. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly personality made a big difference. Employees like Jada are the reason people come back. She deserves recognition for the amazing job she’s doing!

This was my first time ever going to Caribou Coffee and it will definitely not be the last! The woman at the window was so kind, fun and bubbly! She gave such incredible energy and offered us free samples ((they were delicious)) our drinks are delicious and they are very affordable. I will be coming back to this location whenever I can. Highly recommend! My only complaint is I wish they were open for longer cause that is why I miss them

So i went to get a coffee this morning as a little pick me up. I figured i was already on my way to buford why not? This was my first time here but i probably won’t be back. I’ll just go to dunkin infront of them since i ordered an espresso shaker with cold foam on top and a chocolate croissant to go, and they made me park after ordering in the drive thru, the person helping me with my order only brought out my drink and told me they were outta food. I asked her to do a return since the item was $4 and she said she would just give me a free item instead no charge i was like no its okay just do the return. She comes back with a brown bag and my receipt and tell me she found my food(????)
Also my drink had no cold foam on it and it’s not nothing special as a lil drink pick me up type thing. ♀️
I hope this review helps u pick Dunkin’ Donuts across the stress instead lol what could’ve been a 5 min drive thru timeframe turned into a 20 min wait.

Most Caibou’s in the north have a northern decor, fireplace with a cabin like atmospheres. Seating areas with comfy leather chairs for a homey affect. Lawrenceville is strictly drive through or walk up. The beverages are superb!

I visited Caribou coffee today for the first time with my mom and besides our delicious drinks, i had to comment on the amazing customer service we received today.
We went through their drive thru and I’m telling you it felt like talking to an old friend lol! I had no idea what to order so i went with what the young lady suggested and it was delicious. My mom LOVED her drink as well. We also grabbed the last pumpkin cream cheese muffin and OMG! So good! It was fresh and so moist, i saved it and had it for dessert
In a world where excellent customer service seems to be lacking, this place is a breath of fresh air. I don’t care if they served me tar in a cup, with service like this, I’ll absolutely be back again!

Second time here a little disappointed the Denver bowl was too small and looked microwaved got the honey lavender coffee was good but didn’t know it came iced and I had to ask for latte to get a warm coffee

So far so good since the location opened up, I have visited the location a couple times I enrolled in their rewards program which they have a pretty good reward program and on my birthday. I got a free drink. You also get a free drink for signing up after you purchase your first drink, which are great perks so I appreciate that it shows their appreciation for their customers which a lot of people Appreciate because a lot of businesses don’t extend that. But today I went to pick up my birthday drink and it was excellent the young ladies who were at the Buford location. I was there around 4:20 and I did tell the girl when she handed it to me How good the drink looked and thank you because the last time I came there it wasn’t as pretty as how they did it . It still was good, but it wasn’t that pretty how she presented it so the young ladies who were working today 10/21/25 kudos to them thumbs up to them Customer Service was really great as well. Actually since I’ve been going, I’ve been experiencing really great customer service at this particular location so keep up the good work!

I’m glad to have other options. I got their iced matcha with bubbles and I really enjoy it. It’s on the thicker/creamy side, just how I like it. I like it better than Dunkin’s matcha and maybe even Starbucks, depending on locations. I’d get it again, love the jelly bubbles, makes it fun to chew on. I also got the sausage egg biscuit. It’s nothing special, your typical sandwich, would’ve liked it more if they cooked the sausage extra. Looking forward to trying their other drinks tho!

I ordered online to pick up. It took them nearly 30-45 mins to go through 5 cars. Once I got there they handed me a bag of food and one of my drinks. Then proceeded to ask for the bag of food back because they gave me the wrong order, and proceeded to tell me they no longer had the food I ordered. Coffee is alright but I definitely won’t be going back.

The taste of the drink and the brownie was better than Starbucks. The attendants and the manager are always kind and helpful.
The only downside is the location being on the opposite side of the road.
