We came to Blaze Pizza on a Saturday night before the homecoming game, so it was packed — the line was literally out the door. That’s understandable for a busy night, but what made the experience frustrating was how the ordering system is handled.
Even with a huge line of customers waiting inside, they were still prioritizing online orders and making those pizzas ahead of people who were physically there. We waited forever just to place our order, and then even longer to get our food because the kitchen was backed up with online tickets. If they know the store is slammed, there should be a system to pause online orders or at least warn customers about extended wait times. At the very least, take care of the guests already in the restaurant first.
As for the food, it’s solid — comparable to MOD Pizza or Pizza Press — and the prices are reasonable. No complaints there.
Overall, decent pizza, but the ordering and queue management really need improvement.

Each of the people that prepared our pizza were top tier!!! They prepared it so fast and as ordered. The guy cooking 12 pizzas at once cooked every single one perfectly while the woman doing the final prep was methodically managing the final steps. It was great teamwork, my pizza was ready in like 8 minutes and they all seemlessly performed their role!!! My son loved the pineapple pizza too.

Quiet on a weekday around 2:00 pm. Was greeted and appreciated the crew tag teamed to make the experience efficient. Plenty of custom options, everything is right in front of you and very fresh. The result was a thin crust pizza made exactly to my choices. Excellent service, clean/comfortable place to eat inside or there are shaded tables outside. Very affordable too!

Can you guys please get your orders right? Each time I come my pizza is missing half the toppings and I only realize when I’m already home. My most recent order I’m missing: sausages, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Cmon guys.

Wood fire pizzeria with polite staff and decent ambiance. Pizzas are ready in 10-15mins of ordering.
After eating here the first few times, I felt thin crust pizzas are not my thing, and started upgrading the crust to ‘rising dough’ – these taste dope!
As a vegetarian, I find it best to build my own pizza and add lots of veggie toppings.
Shootout to the roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella – these make the pizza delicious!

Two Fat Meatballs
Tables and seats needed to be wiped down, this was at 11am, can only imagine how it looks after the lunch crowd. Took a long time for toppings to be added. Blood orange lemonade is really good. Staff is friendly. Difficult to hear your name being called when order is ready. Pizza is good, crust is thin and crispy.

This place is always busy with customers. I came by just ordered a cheese Pizza for dinner, As usual, I am a meat eater but not tonight because it is an ash Wednesday so I gave up meat for Lent. Their pizzas were ok but I liked the choices that they have. You are the boss so you can order whatever toppings you prefer. The prices were also decent. I can hardly wait to PI day to have any toppings for the price of $ 3.14. They have this deal every year on March 14. The services here were fast and friendly. The time you ordered your pizza to the time they called your name was around 10 minutes. So if you were in the rush? not to worry that much, You will be out in no time. So bon appetite.

Been here a few times and the food is pretty good. The staff is very polite and professional. The ambiance is decent. You can have a normal conversation with out needing to yellow for the other person to hear lol. Pizzas come out pretty fast. I’d say about 15 minutes so make sure you’re not in a rush to go anyway. I like the thin crust that they do here so I’d recommend that if you’re looking to try something like that out. They got vegetarian options too!

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread for delivery via the Blaze app. Received 1 pizza. Called the store, they said they’d figure out how much to refund and do a partial refund. No apology or offer to rush deliver it. Two days later, still no refund and they charged the card the full amount, so I called a few times, no answer. Do not order delivery from this place.
