I ordered the gluten free enchiladas and they used house made corn tortillas which were impressive and delicious. I liked it, it was good, but would I eat it again? Probably not. Waited too long for food, and the drinks came when the meal was over. I’m just a sucker for Mexican dishes.

Definitely not the nicest atmosphere but definitely some of the nicest food! We had the special nachos and they were delicious, the perfect portion aswell. Would definitely recommend if you’re craving Mexican food.

Just hit up Tacos Fresh and More and wow—instant favorite. The beef tacos came in crispy hard shells that gave that perfect crunch with every bite. The beef was flavorful and well-seasoned, with just the right balance of toppings—nothing soggy, nothing falling apart. Just straight-up taco goodness.
We also had nacho chips with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side. Simple but super fresh—perfect for snacking while we waited (which wasn’t long at all).
The vibe’s laid-back and welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of those spots that gets the basics right—and that makes all the difference.
Highly recommend if you’re craving classic tacos done right.

I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. The place feels very uninviting and doesn’t really look like a restaurant at all. We even wondered if we were in the right place, and we were the only customers there, which already says a lot.
We ordered the nachos, which were already quite expensive at 145,000 VND, and added an extra 100g of shrimp for another 60,000 VND. While there were enough toppings, there were very few nachos and barely three shrimp. Overall, it felt extremely overpriced for what you actually get — especially considering Vietnamese price standards.
The service was also quite mediocre, and most of the drinks listed on the menu were not available.
That being said, despite the small portion and high price, the nachos themselves did taste good.

Taco options in Hanoi are extremely limited but this one is quite a good one, and it’s located within walking of Hoàn Kiếm. We liked the beef and shrimp burrito, soft flour tacos, and the churros for dessert. The cheese and meat flavors are very good. The horchata was alright. The cleanly decorated and quaint dining area can sit about 16 with around 6 tables. We were first to arrive but it was a full house as we were leaving. Parking for locals is in the alley entrance so you’ve gotta lock your wheels.

Tucked away down a short, dark hallway is a Mexican-inspired respite from the busyness of the surrounding area. The food here touches on the main classics of any Mexican-style restaurant you’d find in the US (not sure about in Mexico…). Ranging from tacos to enchiladas, most tastes will find a suitable dish here. There are a good amount of vegetarian options (and even a vegan page in the menu). The food is good and will fill you up – portions are a good size. I’m glad I gave it a try. Cash only.

It was one of the most delicious Mexican food I have tried. I had Mexican food cravings and I couldn’t choose a better place. At first you get confused because of the entry that is located in a very tight passage. But then there is the restaurant that is very clean and good decorated. The atmosphere is nice with relaxing music and there is a cute cat that sleeps in the seats. The service is very good and fast and the food the best! The prices are reasonable. Very recommended.

The triple-layer chicken quesadilla is the best Tex-Mex I have had in 3 months of traveling southeast Asia. Sometimes a Texan just needs a taste of home…and this finally did it! Some of the other items my family ordered did not seem quite as good…but I can HIGHLY recommend the triple quesadillas. It is a small place (with good air conditioning)…not busy but great food and good service. They also have a dedicated gluten free menu for my wife, so bonus points there!
