I’ve been wanting to try Caribbean Comfort’s food since they opened for business. Today I saw they’re in Farmington so I turned around to give them a try. Best food I have had in a long time. Reminds me of some of the food I had in Tobago years ago. If you like a little heat try the habanero sauce. It made me sweat but in a good way.

We stopped by this food truck at the Maine Garlic Festival, and the food was excellent! Jerk chicken, bunjal pork, peas and rice, and plantains were great, and a rare find in this area. Definitely stop by if you get a chance.

Stopped in a few weeks back and was kind of skeptical about Caribbean food in Maine but man was I blown away. I had the jerk pork and macaroni pie and I have to say it was one of the best meals I had in a very long time. The pork was so flavorful and juicy it reminded me of my trips to Jamaica the mac pie was very good and cheesy. Great food and the staff and owner Mark were very nice. I would have to say some of the best food you will find Maine.

We ordered the Jerk Chicken, and it was so delicious! Juicy chicken and the perfect blend of spice!!
We also ordered the Bunjai Pork.We took our first bites in the car and wanted to cry because it was outstanding!! So tender, juicy, and the spices were amazing!! I originally come from NJ and honestly, this level of cuisine is hard to find in Maine. Bravo to the chefs!! We can’t wait to have your food again!!
