I was charged incorrectly and didn’t know until after I left.
The food was good and fresh. However I ordered the Steak Mezze which was listed in the menu for $15ish and I added goat cheese and got a drink. My total was $27 and I had been charged not only the cost of the bowl but also the steak…I asked the worker and she said that this is how it’s priced. I paid, ate my food and left. I went online to look at their menu and make a mock order bc I could t believe that I should have been charged extra. I was correct. The bowl including the steak should have the $15ish the menu in the store showed. So I was charged an extra $7 for my meal. Irritated but if I go back I’ll be online ordering to ensure correctness.

This worker needs to be trained on this too.

I visited yesterday with excitement to try this place and I absolutely loved the concept. Once I got home I found a piece of hair in my food (attached to one of the carrots to be exact). I wasn’t able to finish my bowl and had to throw it away.

I contacted customer service and was offered a refund for my bowl. While I’m grateful for the refund I’m giving 2 stars as it’s the principle and I hope my review helps this business to make changes so that no other customers experience this. I didn’t see anyone there wearing hairnets or hats which is required by the health department and is a ServSafe requirement for all restaurants. I would suggest having both prep and front staff wear hairnets to prevent customers from finding hair in their food.

Definitely want to come back here after this location has been open for longer. It’s clear that this new sweetgreen is experiencing some growing pains, and being that they have only been open a few weeks I can understand where it’s coming from. Here was my experience:

The good: it is classic sweetgreen. Everything I loved about their food in NYC is the exact same here from the dressings to their proteins. I think it’s far superior to other build your own salad restaurants.

The bad: please take with a grain of salt, as I do understand that they were very busy and probably have been since they opened. That said, the service seemed disorganized and slow, and they were out of many of the veggie toppings. Additionally, there was nothing to drink. Their water machine was down and their drinks were completely sold out including water outside of a handful of kombuchas and juice boxes.

I do believe this location has a lot of potential, and I will definitely be going back as I love sweetgreen, I just may wait until they’ve been open a little longer.

I’ve been coming here for lunch all week and, to be honest, it’s been a disappointment most days items out of stock, poor customer service, and staff who don’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu.Today completely changed everything. From the moment I interacted with Quinn, the experience was flawless. He was welcoming, confident, and truly knew the product. He recommended the crispy rice bowl and WOW!!! It was AMAZING. Hands down the best meal I’ve had at Sweetgreen. I also want to mention Chelsea who went above and beyond helping my wife, who’s a picky eater. She took the time to listen and recommended the Shroomami bowl, which my wife absolutely loved. That level of care and attention made such a difference. This visit finally felt like what Sweetgreen is supposed to be. Quinn and Chelsea turned the entire experience around and made it worth coming back. I’ll absolutely be returning and honestly hoping Quinn is there every time to make my salad. Huge shoutout to both of them!

Beyond happy this location opened!!!! Moved here from NYC and I was missing these salads sooo much. 10/10 recommend. Food is good, fast service, clean and inviting atmosphere.
My favs are the harvest bowl or shroomami or the crispy rice bowl.
You can’t go wrong here.

I am going to preface my review with this. I have never IN MY ENTIRE LIFE left a review for a restaurant on the internet, but I was compelled to do so after tonight.

Walking in, the staff was not inviting and service is quite slow, but I usually try to give servers and restaurant staff the benefit of the doubt, so I continued to order. Being a new customer, I had a lot of questions. Was not met with a ton of answers and definitely was not properly informed of the insane pricing. Tell me how a salad was $26 DOLLARS?????? I did get double steak (which I felt that I had to do because the portion size was undersized and questionable in my opinion), but $26 dollars? I had hardly any toppings, maybe 4-5.

On top of the absolutely insane price, the steak turned out to be terrible. Even with the price, I would have never written this review if the meal was just mildly worth it, but this steak was hardly edible. The steak was overcooked to the point of being crispy and crunchy. Given that the steak was cut into tiny cubes, some pieces legitimately both tasted and looked like croutons.

I am a steak lover through and through. I cannot recall a time when I did not finish my steak. Long story short, the place is simply not worth unless you enjoy extremely overpriced salads with possibly inedible ingredients and slow service. I still provide 2 stars, for two reasons. One, customer service is in the process of providing me with a refund, which I greatly appreciate. Second, the sauces were pretty freaking good.

I found this little gem thanks to a coworker. She told me I could order on the app and Sweet Greens would have it ready for pick up. What a breeze! I tried the Iron Bowl, it was delicious! Best place for anyone looking for a flavor packed meal with no guilt.

This was my first visit and probably my last, which is sad because I’ve loved this chain in other cities. My steak was so awful it was the texture of beef jerky… Dry and tough. I had to remove it off the salad and throw it out. The rest of the salad ingredients were fine but obviously the main cost and taste is supposed to be the protein.

First time in tonight. Everyone was so kind and upbeat. Line moved fast. The good is DELICIOUS! There are so many good options so you’ll never get bored. Yes it is a bit pricey, but it is somewhat expected as it’s healthy and not a burger and fries. So excited to have a healthy option in the neighborhood.

tried this location twice now and both times the meat (chicken and salmon) were dry and rubbery. the rest of the ingredients are great but the quality of the meat needs some real improvement especially for the price.
