Food, service and atmosphere were wonderful. I enjoyed my meal, the person I was with enjoyed hers as well. I had salmon, she had chicken. For dessert we shared a chocolate PB torte and I also got an espresso martini that was fantastic.

went for Valentine’s Day and was so pleasantly happy with everything about this place! The drinks were so good (especially their winter cosmo). Service and their ability to take care of a customer was on point. Food was amazing (got the short rib and steak), cooked to perfection and flavor was to die for. Also for some salads, which were a bit on the smaller side for the price but so tasty I didn’t even mind, a great healthy app choice. Made for such a great romantic night.

Every time I’ve gone to Carbone’s, it has been impeccable! Whether you’re at the bar or in the dining room, the service is always top notch with friendly and attentive staff. Atmosphere is warm and cozy. Their cocktails and wine list are fabulous and the food is phenomenal! We had a happy hour and dinner tonight in the bar area to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Our server, David, was extremely attentive and personable. He was quick in getting our drinks and was able to offer great recommendations all night.

We hosted our annual meeting there this past Friday. Zach and Mary Beth went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. Everyone raved how good the food was (it was delicious!) and how wonderful the space was. I highly recommend if you have a banquet event to host it at Carbones! It was a wonderful experience.

Recently went with a group of 6, service was great. Food and drinks all came out in a timely manner. The cocktails, entrees, and desserts were outstanding. The fried calamari app however was bland and rubbery but the peppers and sauces were good. We’ll definitely be returning.

Came here for a small work post holiday gathering. Mary was our server and she was superb. Very attentive and made sure everyone had a full glass and made sure all our needs were met. The appetizers were delicious and a great variety. Dinner was excellent and great portions. Love that there’s a separate room with it’s own entrance for privacy. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere and food was absolutely perfect! A male waiter greeted us at the door and said we would be seated shortly, (we had dinner reservations). Once seated, a young female server came to our table to take our drink order and from that moment it went down hill with service! We ordered two apps and I had a cocktail. The apps were delivered, mine was not placed in front of me making me have to reach to the center of the table for it, which I did! However, she never asked if we needed or wanted salt or pepper. Next our entries were brought, and again, delivered very swiftly and placed where she could place without stretching, and again never asking if we needed grated cheese! Our food was so delicious that we kept overlooking her mis-steps, however; they kept happening. It was just my husband and I so I knew we had a time stamp to leave, however; at the conclusion of my meal I was attempting to include my appetizer ricotta to my main entree pasta and she stood there watching making me feel so uncomfortable! I just needed 5 minutes to do this transfer! I realized we needed to leave, however we were not there the 90 minutes and were mindful of that! In conclusion, she has much work to do on her customer service skills. We watched your other service staff and they were excellent. She seemed very overwhelmed and almost like she didn’t want to be there. Funny thing, we went to a small breakfast place the other day and appreciated our server so much, we gave a 35% tip because we understand how difficult that job is. This young lady in our opinion didn’t deserve one at all, but of course we gave her one. Let me leave with saying how wonderful your restaurant and food is. Our reservation was at 5:30, Monday. We’ll be back! Loved it! Thank you!

I ate here once before and it was excellent. Went here tonight with my fiance, and it was not good. I ordered a ribeye and when I got it, it was cold, slightly undercooked, and didn’t have any sear on it. Flavor was very bland. Potatoes were dry and crumbly.
My fiance got the surf and turf and her hanger steak was better than my ribeye. Also, her scallops were too salty and overcooked. Based upon this meal, I would not recommend this place when you’re paying almost $100 per person. I expect more for the money.

We came away with the understanding that Carbon Prime is about meat. And not so much with pasta. Stick with beef and pork and you will experience delight.
