At our Pearl, MS location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

This is the most disgusting unprofessional place ever. I ordered food that children and I began to ingest and what do we notice it is hair wrapped tightly around some of the fish.! Imagine how we feel to be have ingested so much of it. So then I go back to the store the employee proceeds to tell me her supervisor told her since I ordered online he can not do a refund. Then ask if I want more food? To risk eating hair again no. I will never go back here again and unless you won’t to eat hair you shouldn’t either

This location is as alright. As a manager, I’d probably have it looking a bit more cleanly. The sauce dispenser didn’t work. The sweet tea was great. The helper at the counter was great. The food wasn’t bad. I got fish and fries. I would eat only if I had a hankering for captain Ds. Didn’t disappoint, didn’t impress. 6/10

I come to this location often and never have issues. Everything almost taste as it should. Wait time is normally pretty good and the staff has never given me any issues. Mostly I come here for the number 1 which is the big fish sandwich combo.

Me , my wife and son and daughter n law stop in here to check this place out and it’s been a long time since I’ve visited here and we got the special menu and it was very reasonably priced but after we got our food it wasn’t very much for what we paid for it and was kind of a disappointment but the food was good and the cashier was very nice but after we had eaten and we had our drink with the meal which we had to pay separate for it and as we was getting a refill we noticed on the ice machine there was green stuff behind where the ice falls and it was a big disappointment and we almost rejected our food after seeing that and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time so we poured our drinks out and ask to speak to the manager and he was glad to assist us and we showed him what we saw and we ask for a refund on our drinks and he was gladly to give us a refund because of what we saw and that was nice of him but there’s no telling what was inside where they put the ice from the top , he said he was going to clean it up but I hope we don’t get sick from that green slime looking stuff and they need to clean that place better and I’m sure health department would shut them down and they didn’t have tissue in the restroom and that would be a bad moment for someone and be stuck with no tissue to use so I had to tell the cashier to put tissue in the restroom and he was just standing around and it wasn’t very busy at all , just a couple of people in the restaurant and he could have checked the restrooms why he wasn’t doing anyting of my opinion after seeing all that I doubt we will be returning again, so if you get a drink in there I would check the ice machine very well before you get ice and they need a lot of improvement just giving everyone heads up

Went in there today and my husband had placed his order and while I’m undecided my husband asked the cashier what’s that on the counter back there and it was a ROACH, not a cockroach, a nasty german house roach and we canceled that order so if you care about your health, etc. I don’t advise one to eat at this location. All the captain d’s locations need renovating.
