I searched “pasta near me” when I was out running errands and this place came up. I looked at their menu and sure enough they have pasta.
I ordered a shrimp pasta and added sausage. The portion is huge! It was so big I put it in a bowl of my own, which I took a picture of so you can see how much it was.
I ate all the protein with bites of the spaghetti, which was overcooked and soft, but the sauce was so delicious I kept eating it.
There were boiled eggs too but I’ll eat those for breakfast tomorrow.
Had the eggs and they were good. Very messy, so I strained the juice and put them in an old bowl to eat them from. They look weird but it doesn’t affect the taste.
The garlic bread was fluffy and buttery and stayed that way a long time in that cup it came in.
The storefront is next door to Johnny’s Pizza and is small on the inside but looked very clean.
Imma have to come back for a boil or the fried rice or the gumbo…

Everything was delicious, fast, and had great service. I tried crawfish for the first time and i am not a fan it was very fishy But i think that’s just my taste buds. We will def be back! The Beignets were a smart last minute add.

And then there were the Fried Oysters with Waffle Sweet Potato Fries – what an inspired combination! The oysters were fried to absolute perfection with a golden, crispy coating that gave way to plump, juicy oysters inside. Each bite was a delightful contrast of textures. The waffle sweet potato fries were a stroke of genius – crispy, sweet, and the waffle cut made them extra crunchy. They were the perfect sweet counterpoint to the savory oysters.

I really wanted to give more stars, but nope this just ain’t it. I ordered the “4-piece” catfish basket, but let’s be honest… they just sliced two pieces in half and tried to pass it off as four. For $14?! Be serious. The fish was bland, soggy-ish, and completely underwhelming. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from them.

I ordered a half pound of shrimp and crablegs and only received about 6 shrimp. A half pound of shrimp is usually about 12 shrimps. So my only dislike is they don’t give enough food or they cheat you out of the food.I paid 23 for 6 shrimp and one crab cluster, food is very tasteful and great though.

Wow!! If you’re looking for amazing seafood (Lobster, crab, shrimp, crawfish …. (They have salads too!) … this place is amazing. Louisiana style seafood – and beignets !! Found by accident on their soft opening! Owner is so kind and the food tastes amazing …give them a try before everyone else does and the line will be out the door.
