Usually we don’t have too big a issue, however tonight, we walked in, sat down and we were ignored. It wasnt a packed house. There were tables open. The Group of teen girls behind us was loud and obnoxious. But oh well, we could tolerate this…. It’s waffle House, that’s to be expected. What was not ok is the waiter ignored us, kept a conversation with these girls making jokes, talking about his ankle monitor and beating people up, and making phone calls, all while we set waiting for some kind of service. After so long we just stood up and left. Absolutely terrible service this night which is disappointing.

Great service! Food was delicious. I just wanted something simple, so I ordered a waffle and bowl of chili. I highly recommend the chili. Our waitress was the sweetest woman, very kind and personable. The restaurant was clean and easy to get in and out of as well.

This location is great. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always good. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is not even this location fault bc it is all Qaffle House but they really need more accommodating seating.

This is one of the better waffle houses I’ve been to. They were busy this morning but the staff was working hard and did a great job. The food was tasty and delivered fast even though every table was taken. Our server did a great job and made sure to check on us several times. We will definitely be back.

This place is perfect for a great breakfast. They have several great selections, with a few items that are otherwise hard to find in our area (like grits, raisin bread toast, etc.). This is fabulous comfort food, and they always have stellar service. It’s not a large dining room, so you might have to wait during busy times.

This place was absolute chaos. There was some random guy sitting on the side playing PUBG and yelling, and the employees completely disregarded us eating and were cacophonous around us. Bri messed up our order and told us that it was a safety hazard to put silverware in hot water. Since when was it a safety hazard to further sanitize silverware?

I got a piece of pumpkin pie today yes I know you’re thinking Waffle House has pumpkin pie! They do and I have had pumpkin pie at Bob Evans, and Frisch’s this year and this pie was better hands down! So get your self in and have a piece!

Meet a friend for coffee and the servers were in a very happy mood! It is always a pleasant experience to have a group of servers get along as it adds to the positive experience! The coffee was excellent the servers Brittney and Morgan are outstanding customer service representatives here at the Milford Waffle House I have known Bill for some time.

Terra was terrible. Like absolute terrible customer service. Charged my friend extra for her all star breakfast meat (comes with it) when she never received it. Said there were no knives in the beginning, that’s okay, waited till my meal was almost finished to ask for one to see if they were clean yet for my waffle and she said “oh you said you didn’t need one and you should have just asked for one”. HELLO. I’m asking for one now and was being polite in the beginning .Don’t be rude, and expect a great tip. This is customer service. Never had a bad experience at this location till our recent service.
