We have been going here for years. We loved the pizza and dessert and the service was no different. However, recently, the quality of the pizza has not been the same. This wasn’t a huge issue because their customer service was great. Our last interaction, however, has changed it for us. Our order was wrong and the cheese pizza was overcooked. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I didn’t look at it before I left and neither did the lady who checked me out. I called and I was told, by the lady who took my order, that she probably didn’t hear my order correctly and she would let the manager know (owner’s son). He said they now require for customers to bring the pizza back to verify it and only then be offered a remake or refund. I told him I wasn’t planning on driving back there tonight, as it was already past 8pm. He said a lot of businesses do this. If I decided to drive back, I would had to wait another 30 mins plus the drive back home just for my family to eat. I don’t know what businesses that requires the customer to do more work just to receive good quality food that should have been received the first time and is already paid for. We’ll just have to find another go to place.

Saw they had weekly specials, Came in for the $2 slices, tried the cheese and pepperoni, both were good sizes, hot and fresh. $3 beers on Sunday’s game days, they have a nice little bar area. The Parmesan cheese fries are amazing. 10/10. Can’t wait to try the steak hoagie and meatball sub we got to go.

Capos was great! Best pizza I’ve had in a while! Went durning lunch (11am-2pm) and got the 1 slice & wing combo, the slice was HUGE and the wings were delicious. Tee was a great server and the owner is nice as well. This place is a hidden gem. Please try if you haven’t!

A friend recommended this place, so I stopped by for the 1st time. Cindy, the server, provided outstanding service. I ordered a slice of pizza and wings. While I waited, I noticed they had a happy hour menu. So I sat at the bar to have a cold draft beer. The wings and pizza were absolutely delicious. The pizza had the perfect crust. I had a great experience here! I’ll definitely come back. Come check them out for yourself!!!

Was looking for a place that serves pizza by the slice, stop by Capo’s and it did not disappoint. It was not busy when I went but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated right away. Clean place and the mob pictures were cool to look at!
I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and they were very good and not greasy either, not a fan of greasy pizza.
Definitely will come back and try other dishes from their menu

I live close to Cappos Pizza and have been wanting to try it, and I finally made it here today. I am very pleased with everything about my visit today. It started with a warm welcome then prompt and friendly service! My daughter and I got the 2 slice and a drink special for $9.50.The pizza tasted amazing and are very large slices. We left full and happy! Our servers Trinidad and Tara were great!

This place was awesome. The staff were even better. They were always attentive to all the patrons. Looking at it from out side you can’t tell how much space they have but it was very rooming inside they have 4 tve and a bar sitter area as well as a patio. The pizza was very much new your style big and floppy slices that you fold in half like a taco. Very tasty. It’s a kid friendly place as well so bring the family or bring a date and wine her away. Will be going back to try out more of there food.

I can’t knock the food from this Capos location (because I didnt even get to eat here) , but I did have a terrible customer service experience, which in my opinion is more important than the food.
It was the last day for me to use 2 coupons that had $50 credit. It showed online (the google business page) that they closed at 11 pm on a Friday. I had called to confirm, and instead of being connected to a working staff member, it was a long annoying pre-recorded answering machine that took forever to state their hours for that day (Friday). It said they closed at 11:00 pm.
So we drive 35 minutes and show up at 10:00 pm on the dot. We went in and they said they’re closed. I told them about my 2 coupons and how this was the last day I could use it, and the lady at the register, who I’m confident was the owner or part-owner, asked why I came so late (as if it’s my fault). I told her that the google page and phone system said 11:00 pm. She didn’t contest my claim because she knew it was true. The store hours were outdated online and through their phone system. (As of 1/30/2026 they’ve updated the google page to the correct hours)
They did give me a coupon for a large pizza, but I don’t think that was appropriate for this scenario. Instead, they should’ve honored my $50 credit for the next day too. It’s not my fault that they had the wrong hours posted. That’s the owners responsibility.
I run my own business as well and I’ve learned that customer service is far more important than the actual product or service you’re selling. This location failed to realize that in this moment, which is why I’m unfortunately leaving a 1-star review to this family-owned business.
They didn’t take responsibility for their mistake and instead, the boss lady asked why I came late, as if it’s my fault. That’s bad business. In fact, that’s the only input she gave within the whole dialogue. She left the young lady , who was choked up and didn’t really know what to say, to handle it. That’s crazy.
Unfortunate situation but that was my experience with this Capos location.

First time, trying to find my new pizza spot. AMAZING!!! I found my spot. Got wings and slices. The wings were fantastic. A truly classic wing crispy and delicious. Love a thin crispy slice and they delivered! I did take out but I did pick up and the inside was lovely, would dine in. And service was great, I can’t remember her name but she was so nice.
