Terrible management, cooks have an incredibly tough time reading special instructions when ordering through the app. They try to blame the customer when they mess up and then give you a blank stare when there is an issue. I’ve given them more chances than they deserve, to start reading instructions and making it right, but after a longer period than I like to admit, they have lost my business. Filed complaint with corporate, they indicated the store would contact me, it’s been over a month and no surprise, they haven’t. This isn’t a one off, this is a store culture. Attached are three completely different instances/examples of them not following simple instructions to “cut into squares”. Sometimes they realize they messed up AFTER they already cut into triangles and then proceeded to massacre the pizza, only to say “oops, sorry”.

I have loved pan pizza all my life but after the garbage I was just put through never again. I waited a little over an hour for bearly warm pan pizza the cheese had already set an according to their app it took 18 minutes to make, 20 minutes to cook & then sat for 10 minutes before showing up 63-65 minutes after being ordered. Then they tell me they didn’t make it, it was the Pizza Hut on state road 200 6 miles away not the Pizza Hut that’s on Silver Springs Blvd that’s less than 3 miles away. Just how stupid do you think I am? The worst part of it all I was dumb enough to pay a few pennies less than $31.00

Its always a different experience, the pizza isn’t as good as the one that closed down. We order almost every friday night because the kids like the pan pizza, Not sure why its always hit or miss never any consistency.
The 2$ deal was crazy, they were so busy but look at this mess that they gave us. Most of the pizzas dont even have cheese on it or toppings.

UPDATE: WOW, I’m always amazed at the effort that this team at this store displays! I HAVE NEVER ORDERED HERE AND BEEN DISAPPOINTED! The order is ALWAYS CORRECT AND FRESH! Just wow! Come eat here! Yummy! Ordered online, got my food, and the pineapples were missing. Jacob was so pleasant as I explained my issue. I asked for a cup, but he wouldn’t have it. He made me the best pizza (with my pineapples) that I have eaten in a very long time. The crust was perfectly buttered and crispy. To top off that awesome pizza, Sherry came over to my table and gifted us a cold drink. This was the other element that was missing. I had forgotten all about something to drink, and Sherry made sure we had it. I know that things have been different since covid, but you couldn’t tell it in this restaurant. They were such genuinely nice people. I’ll be back for sure. Posted late!

I was told her name is “Ms. Sherri” but she needs to be FIRED!! She is so out of line. First off no one should SCREAM out anyone’s name. I mean there’s loud and screaming!! But there was an issue with a customers order. Not only was she rude to the customer but to her employee (cashier) and than once the customer left she went into the kitchen area and was SOOOO LOUD! And was running her mouth about the customer and to that employee. I heard the cashier say something to the effect (that’s what manager told her to do) and she got even louder and was talking about how she don’t know what she is talking about! The cashier was trying to walk away from her and she just kept falling her. (I’m a door dash) so when my order was up and also another dashers I had someone bring me mine( a young nice employee) ms Sherri had the other dashers we were next to each other. And Sherri didn’t like something and was running her mouth about how she needs to do her job better in front of all of us! I was shocked! I asked for her name and Sherri walked off. So I asked another employee! Please I hope management sees this. Cause there is NO REASON for her to speak to anyone like that!
