We really did like this place. The coffee was absolutely strong. Didn’t need much but one thing that was kind of disappointing was the cost and the size of the skirt steak. One of my favorite cuban bakery chains, this is the first time I’ve been to this one and it was excellent!
Extremely clean inside, staff was nice and food was great!
Ordered a box full of cuban pastries including my favorite the guava and cream cheese pastries as well as some ham croquettes.
I also ordered some desserts for later. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Service from Adrian
Adrian, one of the afternoon shift cashier’s at CAO in Hollywood. He is absolutely amazing. His service is consistent and as an English speaker, I really appreciate how clear, friendly, and patient his communication is. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my order is right, and he does it with a big smile and a welcoming attitude every single time.
What really stands out is the personal touch Adrian brings he makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer, not rushed or overlooked. Because of him, I actually look forward to visiting the restaurant. He’s a true asset to CAO and a big reason I keep coming back.

A nice Latin bakery With a large and tasty variety of pastries, sandwiches and such, accommodating staff and a spotlessly clean venue. I come to this location frequently because it’s so handy. Lots of free parking too!

This hidden gem tucked away in Hollywood, FL is a great place to grab a breakfast or lunch option. We dined in and had some classic Cuban food: El Original combo which came with really fresh fries, breakfast sandwich with jamón and some pastries for dessert. I went to this CAOS Bakery a few weeks ago for breakfast while I was on a road trip from Tampa. I had a ham and cheese empanada along with a cortadito, and I’m glad to say it’s one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. The coffee was excellent, the empanada had amazing flavor, and the service was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly to the CAOS location in my hometown of Tampa.
