We chose to go here for dinner, the food was very good. The food came out in a timely manner, was hot, and very fresh tasting. We liked the variety of menu options available. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. The salsa tasted homemade. Our only complaint was our waiter wasn’t the most attentive and I think he had a hard time understanding us. The prices were on point for food quality. We look forward to trying them again.

Burrito Americano was packed full of meat the sauce was delicious, creamy and full of flavor just wish there have been more of it. Had this delivered have I been in the restaurant I would have asked for more sauce. The environment is friendly staff, roomy, usually not a wait time, not too noisy, clean nice decor. Overall a good restaurant.

Waiter was more concerned with the big party that came in after us and didn’t bother coming to our table for a solid 10 minutes. He was fine after he finally got to us. Cannot recommend the enchiladas as I literally took a bite and had to spit it out after I had to get another server to replace the first one as it was chicken and I asked for beef. Thank goodness I’m not allergic, just don’t like chicken. The sauce seemed to be the problem as my husband tried it as well. It tasted rancid. His stomach hurt later as he actually swallowed it, I did not. I Literally spit it back into a napkin. Husband said his steak was way overdone, like leather, and the best thing on his plate was the rice. The best thing on mine was the sweet potato fries. Literal perfection on those. Waiter was kind enough to remove my meal even though I could’ve eaten about half of what I got. I didn’t as the sauce turned my stomach and I couldn’t eat after that, so the gesture was greatly appreciated.

This place is TRASH! I ordered lunch from and I’ll never eat here again. I ordered the 3 combo pick. Ordered a Chimichanga, Chicken Burrito, and Tamale. They did not give me a Tamale. Instead they decided to give me a hard shell taco that I did not order in the same plate as my chimichanga. They put a TOO MUCH queso cheese on top of the chimichanga. This caused the entire hard shell taco to be inedible! The beef meat was COLD. The rice was so hard it seem as though they warmed it up in the microwave. The taste of the rice was also old as if they put it in the fridge and saved it for days. The refried beans were COLD. The chicken burrito was soggy too! Because yet again, they put a bunch of queso on top of a burrito. I can tell you this is not a standard practice with Mexican food. I never seen Mexican restaurants make their food with Queso cheese on top of every single item. It does not say it in the description of their food menu either that they add large amounts of liquid queso cheese. I am from San Diego California and in my 35 years I have never ate bad Mexican food like this. The fact that this place has a 4/5 rating lets me know that people are only reviewing this place while at the location and not giving true opinions. Some of the worst Mexican food in state of North Carolina. RUN FAST ! Save your money! You are better off going to another restaurant!

This is the second time we have been here on Taco Tuesday $1.50 tacos can’t beat that these days and they weren’t shy with the fillings! The tacos where very good as we also got some chips and salsa aslo asked for their hot stuff it was great flavor and you can tell it was homemade. The service was even better very attentive even being as busy as it was so nothing but good things to say about our experience!

If your looking for a chill spot to hang out with family and friends Rio Bravos will do! The food is good Mexican food and great vibes! The prices are very reasonable and they serve fresh hot tortillas chips with their salsa! On Tuesday they do have taco specials I believe $1.50 tacos! Check them out if your in the brown Summit / Greensboro area!

I ordered chicken nachos and got this. I tried to inform the store of the mistake and their teammate threw the other teammate under the bus. This is the second time this has happened. But, it is my fault for trusting that the order was correct and not checking it. And this was on the bottom of it.

Rio Bravo just continues to go down. Spent 18$ on a California burger with no pico de gallo nor avocado. The food is bland and flavor less. They should be ashamed to call themselves and authentic Mexican Restaurant. I will not visit this establishment ever again.

I want to like our local Mexican restaurant. But I think this is our last order there. We’ve had to call them to ask where the rest of our takeout order was too many times now. Their website is glitchy and changes orders. Then you have to argue with them about it…. Oh and the below pic is their definition of “smothered in cheese”. So I guess we will drive a little further to Santa Fe….
