This restaurant has a wonderful lively atmosphere. A band came in and it was just the perfect touch. I came here with the company owner and was more than pleased after the meal I ate. The servers were excellent and the food was exquisite. The executive chef is very nice and the food is more than great. Overall I would recommend this place to any one of my friends.

Wonderful food! The cornbread is a must! I have been here twice and both times we had excellent service and good food. The wine we ordered was no longer available so we tried something different but was only charged the price of the original wine. There are also bands which play later in the evenings.

Took my boyfriend here for Valentine’s Day as a less expensive option compared to Hanna’s. Really great food with a nice array of options. I had the lamb which was excellent and my boyfriend ate the chicken pot pie which, based on his clean plate, must’ve been good. Will definitely come back again for dinner, or even just for drinks and appetizers at happy hour. Feels cozy, romantic and hip. Great place.

They have a decent happy hour, week days until 7. Since the restaurant competes with Tutto and Hanna’s, you would think they might want to draw more people don’t want to wait for a table at the other restaurants. The few times that I have gone to Canyon, I haven’t been impressed with the service there. For a Friday they seemed under staffed, this was before the over flow came into the resturant.
I asked the server what the weekend drink special had in it, and the one didn’t even know that there was a special. Really, the two specials were up in the board at the bar. The other server tried to rush the couple next to us to get the happy hour ordrr in before 6. The man had to remind her happy hour was until 7.
The happy hour flat bread and chicken “egg rolls” are pretty good, however there are better places to go in Ranch.

This restaurant is okay. There have been a lot of management changes over the last couple of years. They have a good band on Friday after 9 and their happy hour last Monday through Friday until 7 and all day Sunday. The food is pretty good

The staff was in the weeds, so please factor that into this account. Appetizer took way too long to arrive. The server did not check back at the table after the meal was delivered. Server had to reminded for table requests. Meal (meatloaf) was under cooked. Salad (Canyon) was overly sweet, ate less than 10% of of it. The server was not curious as to why when the plate was picked up. It is obvious that some elements of the staff including bussers have not been trained appropriately. Mentorship programs and “Shadowing” are recommended.
Restaurant itself: It is very apparent that the walk spaces are way too tight for the staff to move around in. The upper deck to the left of the entrance has about 3 tables too many. Not a lot of thought was given to the layout of this restaurant. Complete lack of privacy from one table to the next. No partitions, no view blockers etc.
There were interesting things on the menu, perhaps I just ordered the wrong things.

Canyon Fireside Grill is a breath of fresh air! Great esthetic, friendly staff and management. Exceptional menu and most importantly delicious food, reasonably priced. Love the option of booths, semi private dining for groups and the patio space. I happened upon this place on a Monday when several other restaurants were closed. As a business owner I eat out frequently, excited to return and bring a guest.

My server was ok, she checked with the kitchen to see if they could recreate that sandwich, which they couldn’t, so I just got a burger, which was ok…
