Solid Wendy’s location! Haven’t been to one in a while, and we were impressed by the sleek new interior look. A smaller dining room, only 4 tables and 3 counter seats. Ordered for pickup online, ASAP, and food was ready for us when we arrived about 10 minutes later.
Ordered a chicken biggy bag (4pc nuggets, chicken sandwich, small fry, and drink), a baconator meal, and a Cinnabon pull apart. Everything was very good, though the Cinnabon was not particularly pullable (possibly a bit over-cooked or warmed for too long).

Wendy’s has honestly come through for me time and time again. Whether I’m grabbing food through the drive-thru or getting it delivered, it’s always fresh, hot, and just hits the spot.
One of the things I appreciate the most is how late they stay open. There have been so many nights when everything else is closed, and Wendy’s was the real MVP. Even when there’s a long line, it’s worth the wait. You can tell the staff is doing the best they can, and I respect that.
Consistent, reliable, and satisfying every time.

It’s amazing how Wendy’s can be a great restaurant, I love the food, but the staff aka mainly the manager who is questionable. He can be very straight forward on service. I had a pick up order, he decided to close the restaurant early on pick ups, forcing me to go to the long drive thru. I then said about my order, he didn’t know my order despite its a online mobile pick up under my name. Now I can understand mistakes happen, what I can’t understand is rude service. It’s unbelievable how many times I order from here and the manager is very blunt about my order almost every time.
I love Wendy’s, but it could definitely be better on service.
Especially when they sometimes don’t always check the food being correct.

I had a mobile order and when I pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had a mobile order and they told me to pull to the front window so that’s what I did and the manager began to tell me how rude that was and they didn’t tell me to do that. So you’re telling me that I decided to come to that window in front of everybody? Because I thought that’s what I wanted to do because I thought I was special or something? No, I’m not rude like that. I did exactly what he told me to do. They have always been rude there and I have lived here around them for the past 5 years. It doesn’t get better

Rude staff food undercooked normally a better experience than this but the guy who was at the window was awful, no greeting, chicken in salad was undercooked, blue cheese crumbles were old and slimy, and employee immediately got on his phone after handing me the bag with no dressing for the salad and didn’t ask what type of dressing I would like. Very unprofessional staff and appeared to not care at all. At some point these establishments need to have standards or you will lose out on even more business I will not be back there ever again.

Stood around like a jerk for a good while waiting for assistance with the only available kiosk and was ignored the entire time. Place is poorly run and poorly managed. Figure it out and get it together. Save yourself the trouble and go to the mcdonalds down the street.

They are always so rude at this location. I understand you’re tired and what not from a rush but there’s no reason to keep slamming the window. They never say anything when they open the window and the food isn’t always good. They just need to do better at this location.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. The last three times I’ve placed a mobile order, the store claimed they never received it. On one occasion, I was even charged and had to wait a full week before the money was returned. To make matters worse, the staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful whenever I’ve tried to address the issue. The guy working the drive-thru window is especially rude and unprofessional, and it reflects very poorly on the location. Between the repeated problems with mobile orders and the lack of customer service, this location has lost my business. I will be contacting ICE

Fast food should be exactly as described, fast. It was everything but that at this location. All told I think it took us greater than 15 minutes to place our food order. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by two kiosks where you place your own order. Customer service was okay and certainly wasn’t the best. With the self-service kiosks I feel like the kitchen staff is more oriented towards preparing orders and less towards customer service. Other items of interest include limited seating. Our party contained approximately 10 people and we used all but one maybe two tables. The kitchen was moderately clean but the tops of the customer facing side equipment was filthy. If I ever come back to this location I’ll be using the drive-thru and probably won’t be ordering cookies.
