Ive been here multiple times. The food is good and the service is a little slow. HOWEVER, today I went over 45 minutes before closing. There was one person in line before us who was served promptly. The person taking orders asked us to wait while she helped the other staff member fulfill orders. We waited over 20 minutes while they fulfilled (and accidentally messed up) other orders for her to tell us that they were no longer serving food now. Naturally, we and the people behind us left after this. This was incredibly disrespectful of our time. There were three workers there, two college age women and one guy not doing anything. I understand being busy and having a kitchen closing time. But to make us wait over 20 minutes and not communicate is terrible customer service. I will not be giving them another chance.

Was delivering in the area and was given a gift certificate so we stopped in to grab a shake and that was the best shake I’ve ever had! The ladies working were very nice as well! We will be stopping there again when we are that way!
