Update 1/14/26: I ordered pizza SiX days ago, now at 8pm they call. Maybe I can call Heather from Little Caesar’s at her home after 8pm next time I get bad pizza

This was an awful experience. I get there aren’t enough workers tonight but man I waited an excessively long time in drive thru wasn’t moving went in instead. Beyond capacity for the lobby. Then I get home and they gave 2 crazy breads regular should have been 3 orders all stuffed crazy bread the sauces were given to me with it all over the cup like man try harder or close the place down for orders when you’re backed up. I won’t be back here for a while. Might make a drive to Apple instead when I do try it again cu this was nuts tonight!!! Only reason 2 stars for food is because the pizza was alright it was cold but whatever ♀️

I would give no star if it was a option.one of the worst service I’ve ever had. I waited in line for 45 min 30 min of the time at the drive-thru window no one came to window so I knock on the window. And ask is there anyone working to take my order they said they were short staffed. I told them they could have come to the window to tell me something anything instead of sitting for 30 min.are they ready now to take my order and the manger told me he would like me to leave at this time. I cant believe he said that. Worst place and manger.

Have gotten order wrong the last 3 times we were there. They are always nice but NEVER HAVE FOOD READY. Tried to order online to give them a 20 min jump start and when we got there they were just starting it. Unfortunately Domino’s is worth the extra money bc it’s fast and accurate.

I am currently sitting in drive-through because it is 11:58 AM and they decided not to open up the lobby. This location is very slow. Poor customer service. They either need to shut it down or Higher all new people. Ridiculous they don’t want to do nothing. They’re very rude. It’s just I’m not very satisfied with this location. They need to shut it down.

The receptionist needs to take his headphones out of his ear and stop listening to music while he’s taking orders, completely gave me the wrong order, with the wrong label. Wasn’t even busy just lazy employees doing lazy and sleazy crap. Then when I call and ask for a manager and wait for 5 minutes someone in the background says “let them wait” and I hung up. What a waste of money and time for both parties if you can’t even hire people who want or can complete a job as simple as taking an order and pressing some buttons then maybe someone should step up or in. Lazy people doing something simple and not being able to complete it remotely correct is wild. I’ll be contacting higher than management here cause they wanna be lazy too. Get the headphones out of your ears if you can’t do your job!!!

Tried The new bacon crust pizza today (10/25) around 1:30 pm. Ordered online, got there on time and guy was just finishing making in when I walked in. Very friendly gentleman and he did a great job on our food! Much better comparison to the Caesar’s on apple ave.

The wait times here are insane. You can clearly see staff joking around in the kitchen while a the line is backed up. Hello! We can see you in there. DoorDash should ban this store from being a merchant. It hurts my earnings and kills my reviews. Get your act together Management!!!

It was nice to have a drive-thru to pick up the pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple. Some of the pizza only had 1 piece of pineapple per slice, while other pieces had quite a bit on them. The pizza also did not taste the same as previous visits (I have gone to this location for years). I am not sure if the sauce was changed or what, but it did not have a good taste. I was disappointed. I also ordered the brownies from the menu. After I drove up to the window and paid, the cashier came back and said that they do not sell the brownies any longer. It took about 10 minutes just to get the money back. I probably won’t visit this location again.

No matter how in advance you order, how little you order, you will always have to wait a MINIMUM of an hour before they bring your food out. The typical time is 1.5 hours with ordering ahead and paying ahead. Also, they lock the lobby doors because they dont want to deal with people face to face when they come in to say how long they’ve still been waiting. Also, you would think that you’re waiting so long because they are cooking your food fresh, NOPE, that food comes out cold like its been sitting that whole freaking time. The staff has no urgency, no care, no customer service, BUT, at least it’s cheap.
