Came by for lunch and got a lunch combo that includes your choice of soup (hot and sour or wonton) and an appetizer (spring rolls) and rice choice (white, brown or fried) in addition to your protein of choice! It was okay. The chef definitely has more refined Chinese cooking style than most around town. The menu is rather limited, however and overall the dishes we ordered were good. I googled dim sum and they advertised dimsum, but I didn’t see it on the menu. And what is it with Chinese restaurants only giving chopstics on request? 2nd time in as many restaurants out here in Petaluma.

Just ordered dinner for my family for first time. Will definitely be back. Food was all fresh & tasty! And it wasn’t oily like another Petaluma Chinese restaurant that used to be a favorite of ours. The lemon chicken & orange chicken are both breaded & were nice & crispy, not soggy & mushy. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Best Szechuan chicken, hot and sour soup, and pork fried rice. This is my typical order (which i have tried at 4 other Chinese food restaurants in the past year) and my boyfriend and I agree that all 3 items are superior at Canton. We moved away but still come back here because the other restaurants are really missing the mark in comparison! Support the Canton and the incredibly sweet, talented, and hard working owner and her family!
