Was so excited to try this local hotspot with some friends, I personally ordered the “Kicking Baby” which by description led me to believe it was a ‘fancy’ take on regular ol’ pepperoni pizza, so I thought it’d be impossible to underdeliver on a classic recipe. After patting the excess grease off of the surface of the pizza for a few minutes to no avail, I went in for my first bite. To try to explain the proportions of this pizza I think it’s best to use percentages, being – 40% dough, 40% pepperoni (like an entire store-bought bag worth of pepperoni, atleast 20 pieces per slice, it was insane, if I was craving pepperoni alone this would be 5 stars), 19% grease, and less than 1%, or a handful, of cheese, which I had to lean in to try and locate underneath the layer of hundreds of pepperoni slices. As someone who never finishes an entire meal as I typically get full so quickly, I was shocked to finish the entire pizza by myself and find myself still starving. My friends ordered the Margherita and something with Hot Honey Sauce and the proportions seemed to be closer to what many would consider the bare minimum of pizza, so I was left confused, hungry, and irritated. Did I read the menu wrong? Was the lack of cheese intentional? Was each piece supposed be a slice of burnt dough with pepperoni piled on and half a cup of grease drizzled on top? Is this a higher caliber of pizza than I’m used to, and I just don’t get it? Regardless, I went home and put a Red Baron in the oven (for half the price) and found my satisfaction, but the aftertaste of this $23 pizza will haunt me for months.

Had a #partydad and couldn’t recommend it enough. Crust was flavorful, crisp on the bottom, and the little peppers really made it. The guys working the oven were slammed but fortunately the kind staff at the brewery had lovely beers available while we waited. Even though they were busy with a ship in town, pizza came out quickly. The kind of place you turn into a regular at!

This pizza is a solid pizza. Great thin crust, no flop. Nice leoparding around the outside and a great under carriage, solid crunch. I highly recommend, especially if you are grabbing a beer next door!

Best pizza in the city, region, state, and probably country. Hyperbole? I think not. Get yourself a chicken sandwich or some salmon bisque from one of the related food trucks, while you’re at it! You won’t be sorry. Cambria is a magic food fairy, sharing true gifts.

I’m always searching for pizza that comes close to true Italian pizza, this is in the top 3 I’ve had in the US. Good sauce, right amount of cheese, hot oven and amazing crust. Here for our second time in two days and planning to come back again before our flight tomorrow.

Visiting from Brooklyn NY, this pizza is the best food on the island by a landslide. Quality ingredients, real wood fire pizza. This pizza puts shops in the heart of NYC to shame, the fact you can get pizza this good in Alaska is the greatest thing on earth.

Decent pizza but way too fussy and pretentious. Like, I just want a pepperoni pizza. Doesn’t need to be fancy. Our order was forgotten and left on a shelf, we had to go to the counter and ask for it.
