I decided to stop by when I noticed them on my way to drop a letter in post office box. I didn’t know anything about the food but it smelled good. I had to wait a long time. Turned out, I had ordered a whole fish and it had to be deep fried. My single person order came in a 9″ × 13″ foil roasting (or reheating) pan. I had also ordered “a” soda which was 8″ in diameter. I thought I was getting 3 little sopas, maybe silver dollar size.
First, let me say, the food was out of this world.
And second, there was so much food it lasted 3 meals.
Now, for my disappointment, I can’t seem to ever catch the truck open in the last 3 months since.

Very tasty, authentic Honduran food! I’m not sure exactly what I came in expecting, but those expectations were exceeded. You won’t believe what Camacho is able to whip up in his small truck!

WOW – their food was mindblowing. I was expecting it to be pretty good based on their on their menu selection… but wow was I in for a surprise. I would 1000% recommend the Taja chicken plate. The chicken breast was A+ quality and the overall flavor was beyond expectation. Imagine the most perfectly fried chicken breast on a bed of fried plantains, cabbage, and mayo dressing. So GOOD. I ordered the meat pastries as well and they too were absolutely delicious. It will be hard to not return tomorrow. Compliments to the chef
