Today I ordered the Pho Chin with extra brisket – something I’ve ordered numerous times without issue. What I received was shocking: a side plate of pure fat, rubbery connective tissue, and sinew. Not brisket. Not meat. Inedible trim that belongs in the trash, not on a customer’s plate.
I politely brought this to the attention of two different servers. Both told me “that’s normal.” It’s not. I’ve eaten pho chin countless times here and elsewhere. I know what properly prepared brisket looks like. This wasn’t it.
What’s most disappointing isn’t the bad plate of food – mistakes happen. It’s the complete dismissal of a regular customer’s legitimate concern. No offer to replace it, no acknowledgment that something was wrong. Just “that’s normal.”
I hope the owners see this. You’ve lost a customer who visited weekly since you opened and brought others along regularly. All it would have taken was someone caring enough to make it right.

What a wonderful luncheon experience. A very calm place to have a nice and quiet enjoyable lunch with my wife.
We ordered the brisket Pho thin noodle soup that tasted like feast full of flavorful aromatic which perfectly spiced complemented with fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime! We love it!
Their fried egg rolls were terrific… man what a good taste….. ground pork, onions and glass noodles in wrap… served with lettuce, pickled diakon and carrots! Wow… then dipped it in a Thai basil house-made fish sauce…… Winner!! I made sure I saved one for my later snack at home…. haha!
We certainly recommend this authentic Vietnamese restaurant to anyone!
And yes, we will be back!!!
Thank you Zach for your warm welcome and excellent customer service. Kudos.
Cheers!

What really stood out, though, was the customer service—warm, attentive, and surprisingly upbeat for a late-night spot. Felt genuinely welcomed. Bonus points for being open late when most good places are closed. Will absolutely be coming back.
My partner and I went on 2/28/26, 30min before closing (wasn’t paying attention to the time and flet super bad) and the workers on that shift were super nice and professional. They showed us how to use their heating tables (which was new and super cool) and were very patient with us while we finished our meal.
Definitely plan on coming back during regular working hours
The two spring rolls were $10 and it didnt taste made to order. I paid the $2 upcharge for “fresh” pho noodles, but they tasted more like hủ tiếu than actual pho noodles. Overall, it didn’t feel fresher or improve the bowl at all, so I’d just stick with the regular noodles and save the money next time.
The food itself was decent and the service even better, but I still don’t get the price point. If the cost of living is sky-high in Nevada, fine—I’ll give it 4 stars. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify
Online said they were open until 5 on NYE. I got my order in and received a text at 4:11 saying my order would be ready for pick up at 4:25. Drove 20 min. to the restaurant to pick up and they tell me they are closed and have no orders. I show the manager/owner my text and asked why I got no text or call my order was cancelled. He just said the system is automated and there is nothing he can do about it. No apology, nothing!!
Walk out and see another gentleman in his car that was shaking his head with his hands up, clearly pissed about the same thing.
I understand you don’t want to be open on NYE, so close earlier. If you want to close at 4, close at 4. But don’t post a sign saying you can order until 4:30 and then don’t honor that!! They clearly could care less about you or your business!!
