I’ve been a loyal weekly customer at Let’s Get Pho for the past year, both solo and bringing guests. At $35-200 per visit, that’s thousands of dollars I’ve happily spent here because the broth is genuinely great. I recommended this place to everyone despite it being the highest priced pho in town.
Today I ordered the Pho Chin with extra brisket – something I’ve ordered numerous times without issue. What I received was shocking: a side plate of pure fat, rubbery connective tissue, and sinew. Not brisket. Not meat. Inedible trim that belongs in the trash, not on a customer’s plate.
I politely brought this to the attention of two different servers. Both told me “that’s normal.” It’s not. I’ve eaten pho chin countless times here and elsewhere. I know what properly prepared brisket looks like. This wasn’t it.
What’s most disappointing isn’t the bad plate of food – mistakes happen. It’s the complete dismissal of a regular customer’s legitimate concern. No offer to replace it, no acknowledgment that something was wrong. Just “that’s normal.”
I hope the owners see this. You’ve lost a customer who visited weekly since you opened and brought others along regularly. All it would have taken was someone caring enough to make it right.

The food was good. We had the egg rolls, potstickers and chicken fried skin for appetizers. Sorry no pictures but it was really good. I highly recommend their strawberry lemonade. It tasted like fresh strawberries. The Pho and soup was good. The broth was tasty. We would go back. My only issue was the server automatically added the gratuity. We were a party of 4. He quickly mentions the service charge is already applied and puts the card reader over the receipt. They earned the tip but I didn’t like how it was handled.

The service was warm, welcoming, and fast! The food was absolutely delicious! I love pho and I love oxtails. So the oxtail pho was right up my alley. I couldn’t believe there were so many oxtails in one bowl of soup. They were tender, the broth was flavorful and portions were generous. I’ll definitely be back!

Let’s Get Pho…

What a wonderful luncheon experience. A very calm place to have a nice and quiet enjoyable lunch with my wife.

We ordered the brisket Pho thin noodle soup that tasted like feast full of flavorful aromatic which perfectly spiced complemented with fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime! We love it!

Their fried egg rolls were terrific… man what a good taste….. ground pork, onions and glass noodles in wrap… served with lettuce, pickled diakon and carrots! Wow… then dipped it in a Thai basil house-made fish sauce…… Winner!! I made sure I saved one for my later snack at home…. haha!

We certainly recommend this authentic Vietnamese restaurant to anyone!

And yes, we will be back!!!

Thank you Zach for your warm welcome and excellent customer service. Kudos.

Cheers!

Stumbled in late and left totally satisfied. The pho was rich, flavorful, and comforting—the kind of broth that makes you stop and appreciate each spoonful. I had the beef and oxtail combo and it hit all the right notes. The spring roll was fresh and crisp, packed just right and paired with a solid dipping sauce.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service—warm, attentive, and surprisingly upbeat for a late-night spot. Felt genuinely welcomed. Bonus points for being open late when most good places are closed. Will absolutely be coming back.

Super sexy looking pho spot with the red lighting and date night ambiance!
My partner and I went on 2/28/26, 30min before closing (wasn’t paying attention to the time and flet super bad) and the workers on that shift were super nice and professional. They showed us how to use their heating tables (which was new and super cool) and were very patient with us while we finished our meal.

Definitely plan on coming back during regular working hours

They have a large selection of add-ons for the basic pho, but the pricing was honestly off-putting. A regular pho (just noodles and broth) is $12, with an upcharge for literally everything else. I added rare steak—$6 for exactly six slices. The broth was a touch on the sweeter side, but nothing worth complaining about.
The two spring rolls were $10 and it didnt taste made to order. I paid the $2 upcharge for “fresh” pho noodles, but they tasted more like hủ tiếu than actual pho noodles. Overall, it didn’t feel fresher or improve the bowl at all, so I’d just stick with the regular noodles and save the money next time.
The food itself was decent and the service even better, but I still don’t get the price point. If the cost of living is sky-high in Nevada, fine—I’ll give it 4 stars. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify

I ordered Steak and Brisket Pho. The brisket was completely fat. I called and spoke with the owner/manager TK and he said there nothing he can do about it that’s how it is. I told him well, I will just leave a review and he said okay go ahead ‍♀️. I thought an owner would handle things a lot better. SMH. Thank God my Dog likes fatty meat. I won’t be returning there again. Just a heads up when you order brisket you will be getting only fat. Only reason I left 1 star is because I had to inorder to post a review.

This place is AMAZING! We stopped in after flying from Indianapolis and arriving in Vegas around 9pm. We were hungry and didn’t want fast food. The pho was so flavorful and the meat was high quality. We even made sure to stop and get pho there again before we left to come back home. It’s tempting to fly to Vegas just toot their pho.

This place sucks! Terrible customer service!! I’ve given this place chance after chance before deciding to write a review and be done with them.

Online said they were open until 5 on NYE. I got my order in and received a text at 4:11 saying my order would be ready for pick up at 4:25. Drove 20 min. to the restaurant to pick up and they tell me they are closed and have no orders. I show the manager/owner my text and asked why I got no text or call my order was cancelled. He just said the system is automated and there is nothing he can do about it. No apology, nothing!!

Walk out and see another gentleman in his car that was shaking his head with his hands up, clearly pissed about the same thing.

I understand you don’t want to be open on NYE, so close earlier. If you want to close at 4, close at 4. But don’t post a sign saying you can order until 4:30 and then don’t honor that!! They clearly could care less about you or your business!!
