First things first, they weren’t out of any of the desserts good job. I got the stuffed shells on a bed of spinach. I had them add grilled roasted and some balsamic vinaigrette. I thought it was quite scrumptious we also had garlic cheese bread and spinach artichoke dip . Definitely need to have them bring more Tuscan bread, but overall the experience was great. Server was knowledge, attentive, and very accommodating. Great job guys

Absolutely delicious. Service was awesome, knowing what we needed without even asking. Food was great quality, while not taking to long. The build your own pasta bowl was great for $10! A whole 5 pounds of food! No questions needed, give this place a try!

Love Calzolaio Italian Restaurant in Wilton, Maine. They also have wonderful waitstaff, and bartenders like Lexi who served us tonight. Their specials are amazing, they have staples like their dessert rhubarb pie which is out of this world, and their sauces for their pastas are tasty and fresh. We always come when we are in town and enjoy being there.

My husband and I went out on our first date in a while to Calzolaio about a month ago and it was awesome! Hannah was our server and she was so perfect and so kind and made us feel so welcome. Now we’ve ordered pizza to take home and it’s so bomb. SO bomb. Calzolaio is our new favorite place.

We have gone here multiple times and I think this is my first review of Calzolaio Pasta Co. We are never disappointed when we go here. We were introduced to what used to be “The Boiler Room” by some family friends, and loved that place. Then they closed and Calzolaio’s opened in its place and it’s even better. You won’t leave hungry and if you do it’s your fault because the portions are very generous. Their pasta is home made and is outstanding. They make a real Carbonara which is fantastic. I didn’t have that today, instead I had the fish and chips. The fish was battered well, not too heavy. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They served vinegar with them too which I had never seen at a restaurant before. My wife ordered the risotto special and today was a regular risotto with a slight hint of lemon. One of the best I have ever had (she shared some with me). They have a great outdoor deck that sits right near the stream, so on a nice day you can listen to the water and enjoy a meal. There really is too much to mention about this place, I would highly recommend Calzolaio’s to anyone that is local or visiting Wilton.

This place was outstanding. I got a sauceless pizza from here with some mozzarella sticks. The pizza was probably the best I’ve ever had. Their marinara sauce was also great. The mozzarella sticks were basically just mozzarella sticks, but ABSOLUTELY done right. Had a great amount of cheese in them. I basically could eat them by themselves.

Gluten free happy place… They have gluten free pizza dough, GF breads/rolls, and 2 types of GF pasta, and willing to swap breaded/flour chicken dishes for grilled (chicken marsala for me )selfish allergic, stay away from fried stuff.. the service was excellent and knowledgeable about allergies and needs. Very happy we found this spot.. kinda if a classy joint to boot

The building is part of the former BASS SHOE FACTORY. Lots of history there. There was plenty of parking, both around the front and the back. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. They start you off with some delicious, fresh baked rolls that are marvelous. I had a pizza, and it was likely one of the top three I’ve ever had. The other members of our party truly enjoyed their dinners as well, and none of us could finish our servings. We loved the high ceilings and the “old time feel” of this place. It has made my top 10 list, out of several hundred eateries I’ve tried. WELL WORTH THE STOP, SND 3 .

My family and I went for lunch and sat in the patio. The location is beautiful, atmosphere is great and the people were all nice and welcoming. Food was great of course as well. Definitely recommend to locals and anyone visiting.
