absolutely loved everything about this place!! i went for the first time earlier this week & it was so cute. the store is cute, the location is nice, the workers were sweet, & the coffee was delicious! as a former barista & someone whose dream is to get back into the coffee industry- i would love to work here, but until then i will be a loyal & frequent customer. i had an iced mocha with hazelnut & it was great. starbucks, dunkin, & even local places in jacksonville don’t top called!!

Before Called Coffee, it was difficult to find a traditional coffee shop in the Anniston area without driving towards Birmingham or out of state. This place is on par with the best coffee shops I’ve had from Atlanta to New York and every single item I’ve had here has been top tier. I even stopped buying coffee beans online because they roast their own in-house and they’re better than all my previous favorites.

This was my third visit and the experience has been a pleasure each time. The baristas are professional, courteous, and efficient. The space is comfortable, clean and inviting with plenty of plug-ins for electronic devices. It is obvious that the owners understand the coffee shop business and place a high value on the aesthetic details.

I thought the rest of the day on whether or not I should leave this review but it’s weighing heavy on my heart. I came in today a little after 2 and over heard who I assume is a manager talk to an employee so poorly! Over a situation that could have been handled better the employee was clearly emotional after being yelled at and then threatened. Very unprofessional! Please communicate with your employees better!! Customers see that and wont want to give you business anymore!
