Food: surprisingly good for a little hole in the wall. Husband had a soup and i had a simple CA roll, chicken teriyaki plate.
Service: slow, but not sure if it’s was because we were there on a Tuesday evening and there may have only been 2 people working. We were the only ones in the restaurant though and it took a few min for them to realize we were in the restaurant. Waitress was kind though.
Atmosphere: nothing special, clean and big enough.
Overall: would probably try out a different place before returning. Unless i am close to location.
It will replenish your inner battery.
Found a great place to eat today, happy with my choice.
As a foodie I can say it was some of the best Korean food I had in a while.
Definitely recommend the hot plate.
Large portions and great flavorful taste.
Loved my experience
This is an absolutely underrated gem of Roseville. The name of the restaurant is a bit of a misnomer. The name is giving sushi rolls and Japanese food, but the Korean food here is the Star!
Our first visit here was absolutely perfect! After order, first, the banchan (side dishes) came out. She got Soon Doo Boo, a Korean Tofu soup, which REALLY hit the spot. We shared the Yang Yum boneless wings, and they are literally FIRE!!! A bit too spicy for us, but the flavor was absolutely delicious. I got the bulgogi burrito and asked for it without kimchi. I loved the burrito and added kimchi myself from the banchan on some bites. I definitely preferred being able to add the kimchi myself as I wanted.
The burrito had bulgogi, rice, lettuce, and some cabbage and sauce. I killed the whole thing.
Their menu is extensive and certainly has something for everybody. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be back to try more menu items next time.
The lion roll was spicy and no one mentioned it at all. I am allergic to spicy and so I told the lady, but the other lady in the photo was kept asking me” is little spicy not ok for you” and so as when we paying she said” that’s the first time customer complaint”.
At the end the tall lady remade the roll for us, but disappointed to the customer service that the other lady presented.
The food is alright, nothing special, but the presentation was really nice and cool.
Don’t recommend this location if you looking for excellent taste and customer service.
