Hostess wasn’t really friendly. She just didn’t care at all to any of her customers. Our waitress on the other hand was extremely friendly and served us well. Food was good. Besides the hostess, it was a nice place for lunch.

Before I share my experience I just want to say me and my family were really excited to have CPK. This was our first time at the Kapolei location. First off I just want to say how disappointed I am at the employees who were working on December 17, 2024. The hostess working that night had a sassy attitude. What made me really upset is at the end of the night we asked for take out containers and she blatantly tossed our containers on the table. The service here was slow even though there wasn’t that much people in the restaurant. We asked the hostess nicely for bread because our waitress was busy and she said she would get it but we kept on seeing her walking back and forth doing other things. The atmosphere gave off a tense vibe.
I’m also not happy with how my food was prepared. From looking at my food it looked great but I couldn’t even eat my food because the bun was rock hard cold. My bun on the bottom was super soggy. I tasted the inside of my burger and it was super salty. The best part about my meal was the butter cake.
What really makes me angry is the hostess that was working that night. The moment we walked in I should’ve known to walk out and pick another place to eat because she had a horrible attitude and she gave off a very angry vibe. I will definitely not be dining here again. The whole experience was horrible.

Ordered the Tomato Basil Spaghetti… honestly it was the worst tomato basil spaghetti I have ever had. It was so oily, and the garlic chunks were huge. All I could taste was garlic and it tasted raw so it was bitter. Tried adding some of their Parmesan cheese to add some kind of flavor to it, but the Parmesan was so dried and stringy. It was like plastic and had no flavor either. Did not enjoy my meal at all.

Overall not a bad experience, but compared to my visit to another location in Virginia, it was not the same great experience. My server Sami was very nice and her customer service was good. The restaurant was not packed at all, so it was kind of annoying that our drink from the bar took quite a while to get to us. Our food was prompt and came out nice and hot. My only issue with the food was that they ran out of regular pepperoni, just think that is something a pizza place should not run out of. All in all I like it and would come back.

Way under staffed! The host offered us a seat at the bar for 2 people. The bar had 7 people at it and about 2x as many empty seats, every empty seat had dirty counter or dishes. We could not even sit it was so filthy. The bartender was not at fault. She had the entire bar (which just looked like it got up and left) and an entire section too. She had no busser help clear and clean. We stood there for almost 10 min behind the seats we wanted to sit and didn’t even get a look from any staff. When we finally did it was someone besides the bartender as she was still helping another (the 3rd customer group since we walked over) table. The other employee said to sit at the dirty counter… but the condition of the counter was full of dressing/sauce and crumbs. Even food on the seats. We finally asked the host to see if we could see at the two top hightable instead. We actually both used to serve for CPK years ago and totally understand waitstaff that can be overwhelmed. This is why I am posting to get the attention of management and their staffing issue. Not the kitchen, or wait staff… they were great. We patiently waited at the table understanding the situation. But when there is a shortage of support for the wait staff… that is when we see dirty situations like this. Also the hostess should not have suggested the bar if the bar was not cleared and the bartender was overwhelmed… it is easy to see that from the host stand.
PS. The busser was seen very busy the entire time clearing table tops. Where was the management? Why were they not helping the busy floor if they were short staffed? Our old manager would help buss at times when we were in the weeds.

Had dine in with the family. Servers didn’t really check in on us often, but it was understandable as she was not just serving our party but other tables as well as cleaning up after them too.
The food was good. I got the Mexicans street corn, dumplings, and chicken fettuccine pasta. I got pretty full from the appetizers and the bread and olive oil. So I took my pasta home for lunch the next day. It was still good.

Literally the best pizza ive had in 5 plus years! My husband is military and we’re from albuquerque nm which has dions the best pizza place ever but I’d proudly say they’re carne asada pizza with the chile Verde is way better than anything ive had in YEARS!! 10/10 definitely recommend! Will be a repeat customer forsure ! It is overly priced which im not a big fan of for the amount of pizza you get but they make up for it flavor wise ! But still idk why basically a small pizza costs 25$ a little extreme but worth it. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because its so expensive.

Ordered food waitress was not listening had earpiece in ear..had to repeat numerous times..As I figured the order was wrong from drinks too food order…order regular crust pizza…pizza came out thin crust..ordered pizza for my child pizza was cold…

Solely based on kitchen service. Came in and ordered a Thai crunch salad at 4:35pm from takeout. It’s now 5:15, and still waiting…for a salad!! There have been 3 whole tables occupied the whole time I’m here, each table with 2 people each. Chicken may take longer than a pizza to cook , but it don’t take 40min! Especially for how thin the chicken is that comes on the salad. Checked in on it at 5:15, told “so sorry, they’re working on it now” yyyyyea ok. You’re talking to a server, I know what that means. The one good thing about this experience, was the local girls who were taking the orders. Very sweet and polite. Kitchen needs help, maybe they’re short staffed. But atleast let servers know when food is taking longer than normal. That’s common restaurant courtesy . Finally got my order at 5:20pm.
