Overall not a bad experience, but compared to my visit to another location in Virginia, it was not the same great experience. My server Sami was very nice and her customer service was good. The restaurant was not packed at all, so it was kind of annoying that our drink from the bar took quite a while to get to us. Our food was prompt and came out nice and hot. My only issue with the food was that they ran out of regular pepperoni, just think that is something a pizza place should not run out of. All in all I like it and would come back.

I was very happy with the efficiency of the takeout process. From ordering on the phone, to parking in the designated pick up stalls, to walking in and paying for my order. CPK definitely has this down. There was very minimal wait time and the process was super easy. The customer service was also very friendly on both the phone and when I went inside to pay.

Haven’t been to CPK for awhile since they removed something I enjoyed back in the day, but since it was the birthday lady request I came to this location. So overall everything was great, especially the service. We stayed awhile since I haven’t seen my friend for over a year did some catching up, was seated quickly for a Saturday night.

This place was much bigger than I thought and seems built for big groups. We came with 10 and they had an easy time accommodating us. Service was some of the best I’ve received on island. Tip your servers extravagantly if you appreciate eating out especially if they are gold. Too many places lack enough servers and kitchen people because you can’t survive on a servers wage in Hawaii.

Our server was excellent on this visit. She made sure our drinks were full and checked in with us an appropriate amount. She even got some pizza dough to keep the kids entertained while we waited for the food. For the food, we had 3 pizzas, 2 pastas and a salad to share and the food tasted great.

4-18-23…Happy Hour manager killed our happy hour vibe when he insisted that the drink “SUNSHINE” priced $7 on the menu is not part of the 1/2off when their advertised happy hour price clearly stated ALL cocktails, beer & wine is 50% Off from 3 – 5p then went and blame our server, that she should have have told us. The menu prices did not indicate that the said “Sunshine” drink is especially priced and excluded on the happy hour 1/2 price.

Had a really amazing time with my friend here. The food was great and our server was the best (Robin). My friend and I ended up spending hours chatting, and Robin was very accommodating and made sure to let us know we didn’t have to rush. I really appreciated the 5 star customer service, thank you so much Robin!
