A pleasantly mediocre thin crust sausage and mushroom pizza. The tiny tacos come out like molten lava but are an appropriate sized appetizer that won’t ruin your meal. Only suggestion would be a sign saying “place order at the front counter” with an arrow or something when coming in from the back door.

Manny’s Pizza, voted “best in town,” disappointed. Ultra-thin crust was nearly transparent, with barely any sauce. Yellow cheese was odd and tasteless. Sausage resembled bland beef. $19 for this quality is unacceptable. Not worth it.

What a great place for food. A very clean place. Enough room for 250+ people. A band stage. A separate bar area with table seating too. The large dining room boast about 20 tables,a bar and band stage. You can also sit by the riverside view. All the help was friendly. Food was great and the place was clean. A great selection of food, although the pizza was awesome. Plenty of parking,and handicap accessibility in the back parking lot. You won’t leave hungry or broke. 2 different bars for beer and dinks. Also an arcade room ,slots.

We ordered four tacos and a small sausage, mushroom & onion pizza. The meat in the tacos tasted old and no flavor. When they delivered the pizza we told her the tacos didn’t taste right, her response was “those are the best tacos”. We each only ate one taco. She didn’t offer to take them off or ask if we wanted to try something different. The pizza was not much better. The sauce tasted like it was right out of a tomato paste can, no much flavor.
I have been eating Manny’s pizza for years and it has always been great. We were driving through on our way home to Virginia. This is definitely not the pizza & tacos I remember. Not the best bang for the $35!

Last time I had Manny’s was in high school 30 years ago. So the building is obviously changed and all I remember was having pizza back then. We had tacos and nachos, but both were not good. The pizza was great as I expected it to be. The chicken, bacon and ranch was excellent

What happened to Manny’s? I grew up in Savanna. I was 9 when Manny’s opened. I have always thought it was the best pizza I ever had. As an adult, a trip to Manny’s was mandatory every time I was back in town. My most recent had been in 2018. Same delicious Manny’s. Slightly and deliciously burnt crust and just enough greasiness!! A wonderfully unique pizza full of flavor.

What happened? It was good pizza, but not one I’d come back for even if it was near my home. There were no burnt edges. The flavor was decidedly…less. I had told my adult stepdaughter how great it was. I had to apologize.
Not sure when I’ll be back to Savanna again. Not sure I’ll have Manny’s if I do get back.

Now I remember why I haven’t had Manny’s in years. Enchiladas/tacos were tasteless. Absolutely no seasoning in meat. Meat tasted old. Rice was apparently right out of a box. Runny, barely there beans. Ordered for 4 people. Ordered garlic bread as app, and we all finished our meal, and still no garlic bread, even though when we got our meal we asked, and they said it would be right out. Husband had to go ask, wait longer, then they brought it. She said sorry. I said we kinda Ordered an app expecting it before me. All she had to say was, yeah our app guy kinda just disappears. So disappointing. They should have taken it off the bill. Don’t think we’ll be going back. Do better Mannys, and management.

We haven’t been able to visit since before the fire. The Tacos and Pizza were just as delicious as we remembered!! Very nice rebuild and we will definitely be back and suggest eating here always!!
