Would put zero stars if i could. As a former partner this place is ridiculous, management needs to do SO MUCH better. placed a mobile order for a pike & two food items at 4:25 am friday 9/19, projected ready time was 4:30am. Arrived in line at 4:35, didnt get to speaker box until 4:50. The line was so long, multiple cars in front of me left before we even got to the box. The girl who was on dto was very rude at the speaker box, and didnt even have her camera on. Got to the window at 4:57, she hadnt even put our mobile in. the girl at the windows nametag wasnt clear at all so i didnt catch her name, but she had long black hair and tattoos. she didnt apologize for the long wait nor did she tell us to have a good day. will not be coming to this location again. I’m not sure who the sm is at this location but honestly reevaluate your morning crew because service was terrible & speed was even worse. hopefully i get a survey in my app. They did not write on my cup, & they gave me an everything bagel when i ordered a plain, and didnt even cut it! they also didnt give me a knife. i was not willing to wait any longer for the remake of the correct bagel. if youre going to take 30 minutes to make my order, how hard is it to get it right?

Such great service! I came from another Starbucks where they had made our orders wrong Booke and Angle were so kind and helpful. They happily remade our drinks and made sure everything was perfect.

I got the bacon Gouda and egg sandwich and a hot chai tea. The service the young guy at the window had at 1:45am on 11/27/25 was exceptional! I don’t know his name but thanks for having that welcoming customer service at that early time. I totally recommend this place.

This morning (09/02/25) at 10:26AM, I was assisted by Antony, and I was honestly amazed by his excellent service. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and even gave me great recommendations. At the end of my drive thru order I noticed the drink was placed differently at the screen when I asked to Mya to confirm she replied with a rude tone “that’s what I got” when it was my time to pay she asked despicably that I should be placed on the front so my drink is delivered to me it took about four cars to relieve the drive-through by the time I drink was taken to me. If it would’ve been an error I would’ve understood, but I’d let her know in time and it just seemed as she wouldn’t want to admit to corrected in the first place and that’s the bad attitude that caused me waiting more time and her being rude

Worse Starbucks ever!! I’m truck driver I been around country and this one was one of the worse. I ordered from the app 3:50am app showed my order would be ready at 3:58am so I got there at 3:56am in the front the sign said go to drive through if your pickup up before 5:30 am so I went to drive through was ignored till 4:04 am I tapped the window and dude told me to go in the front so I went back and they started making my order. When 10 mins later i finally got my order my sandwich was cold and drink was made wrong no vanilla syrup when I got charged for it. Even tho it’s 20 mins but ppl have places to be. I know it’s just a coffee but early start with bad coffee bad energy just ruin the mood Why would i pay $11 for coffee if it’s not even the way I wanted. If it was big restaurant mess up order is understandable but all you have is one job heat up food and make coffee failed in both. I hope this gets sorted for future. Thank you
