Wonderful dining experience at Cahill Bistro in Edina. Flavorful Latin dishes in an anassuming but comfortable setting. My scallops with veggies and risotto were delicious as well as the mango margarita. Nice dessert options as well

I’m so glad we were able to visit & celebrate my husband’s birthday here. The service was so great, the food was just perfect & Christian was so accommodating to every request of changes to ingredients do to allergies He also gave us plate suggestions that made our experience all the better. The area may be a little tricky to get to because of the neighboring restaurants but it’s worth the hassle! Food was amazing and service was above and beyond. We had beef & vegetable empanadas, Lomo Saltado, steak tacos, Achiote chicken we tried 3 desserts, Tres leches with coconut, gluten free chocolate cake & crème brûlée.

We had a very tasty dinner here and they were able to accommodate our large party (12 people). Popular dishes with our group were the scallops and stuffed poblano pepper entrées. I had the shrimp empanado and it was so good! They have quite a few good beers on tap including local MN microbrews and the creme brulee for dessert and strong coffee were wonderful. Excellent prompt service as well.

Kinda hard to find but worth the effort. Our server had a smile each time he talked to us…a rarity nowadays. Clean and well-presented plates!

We stopped here based on the other positive Google reviews. This place does not disappoint. We tried the empanadas and the tostones, both were great. We then tried the Tres Leches cake, A++!!!

This is a small family owned restaurant. It is so clean and staff very friendly. Not that it’s a big deal but I order a meal to go and they brought me water while I waited. Again not huge but can honestly say that hasn’t happened in the past! The food brought me back but the atmosphere and service keep reminding me how much I love this place!
