Parking is horrendous if you want to “dine in”. I was told it was “busy” with like 10 people in there and 20 empty seats. The drive through is probably the superior option. Coffee was good quality. Service was decent. But the star of the show was the donut they had! Super yummy, moist, and freshly made. I wish they had better parking options as I felt like a mouse caught in a trap when I pulled in. I’d go back but prolly just hit the drive through. Perhaps I’ll go to the other location in Little Norway. 3.5 stars for the coffee, 5 star donut!

Busy spot to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning!
Parking lot probably has about 5-6 spots total. Inside, dining in offers bar seating, tables and booths. They also have a drive through available.
The food was fabulous! Sandwiches can be made nearly completely custom based on preference.
Bussing tables is confusing. There are no self service bins to drop used plates/cups at. The barista who was working also seemed quite salty. A bit of a damper to start our morning but she must be going through it.

My old coffee hangout in Poulsbo has a fly infestation that has driven me to try and find a new place. First up – Cafe Cocina on Front Street. Note that there are 2 places right next to each other with the same name on Google Maps. I’ll post a picture so you know which one I’m talking about.
I had to drive around to find street parking. There were time limits, but I was able to find one with a 3 hour limit – plenty of time for coffee and to get some writing done.
There is a nice patio area out front that would be great on a warmer day. I went inside and ordered my usual 20 oz latte. They took my name and passed my order to the barista. Getting my latte made took long enough for me to do some exploring. The main dining area has a large table and bar style seating along the windows. There are stairs that pass by a clean bathroom and continue up to another patio area. Since I needed power outlets, I chose a spot by the window.
I got my computer set up and logged into the wifi before I heard the barista call my name. I grabbed my drink and sat down before taking a sip of the bitterest coffee I have ever tasted. I have a personality flaw that makes it impossible for me to complain in such situations, so I don’t know if they would fix it or not. I will try the place again some time to see if that is how they always make the coffee or if it was a one time flub.
The place filled up while I worked, so between sitting on a hard stool and the noise, it was not the best work place. There is an unfinished area up stairs that I was curious about. If they finish it with a few comfortable tables and the coffee is better, this could be a great place.

This cozy little coffee shop feels straight out of a fairy tale, especially with its charming holiday decorations. It offers plenty of parking at the back, a lovely patio for outdoor seating, and spacious indoor seating. The friendly staff and excellent coffee make it an ideal spot to relax and unwind, whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment or taking a break from a long drive—it’s conveniently located right off the main road.
What truly sets this place apart for us is the thoughtful design: the large windows provide a direct view of the patio and parking area. As we often travel with our dog, being able to keep an eye on our car from the warmth of the indoors during winter was a big plus.

I had to stop for the ube café! This place is absolutely adorable, and they even had a live video feed of cats in Ohio available for adoption—such a sweet touch. I ordered the white café & ube, and it was amazing. The staff was very pleasant, and the space was spotless. While the prices are a bit on the higher side ($12 for a 12oz), I left extremely satisfied with my choice.

Did the drive through which was charming and efficient. One of the baristas actually came to our car line with a handheld device to take our order. Nice!
I got the Ube Latte- different- but delicious. My mate got the Mango Matcha Latte- iced, and other mate got an iced matcha. All of the drinks were very good.
Service was friendly. Menu looked extensive, although we did not get food on this visit. We will be back!

Must try this place! You will quickly want to come back again. Best coffee I have ever had. I have it daily at home as drip coffee and then go again on lunch for an Americano every day I’m at work. Friendly and amazing staff that has gotten to know me as a regular and takes time to chat with me. Ordering on the app is a breeze and highly recommended to help alleviate your wait because they are busy due to their awesomeness. Lifelong customer for the quality of their coffee and the heart in their staff.

Ordered a hot jasmine tea and received a boiling cup of tea that was too hot to drink. For context, jasmine tea is supposed to be brewed at 160-180 degrees to avoid bitterness. I tried asking for ice, but the tea bags had already been boiled and steeped for too long because it was too hot to take out the bags. I asked for a replacement drink, a chai instead, and explained that I was more than happy to pay the difference but was then charged an additional $5 on top of the $5 I had paid for the jasmine – I was told that jasmine is an acquired taste. I’m aware of what I ordered, I like jasmine tea, just super confused as to why I had to pay more than like $2 for a replacement drink when the order was made incorrectly from the get go. I also was ignored by 4 different people – I was standing at the counter and workers kept walking by me and engaging in their own conversations.

Ordered their Ube Latte, and Mocha and they both tasted pretty ordinary. Didn’t have a great coffee experience here but this could be a bad day as the place was crowded.
