This was my first time here. I never write reviews, but felt like I needed to in order to warn people to not waste their money!
Let’s start off at the beginning, service was TERRIBLE. The lady taking our order made no eye contact at all, she had a hard time being able to answer our questions about the food (gluten allergy), and she was talking on her phone.
I ordered a mushroom and Swiss with no bun, added bacon, lettuce, and tomato….some how those 3 items equaled to adding an extra $5. The bacon was turkey bacon, the shredded lettuce was brown, and the tomato was half of a slice and not red.
To be honest, I’m surprised this place is still in business.

Well…this was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect. Not sure if it was a pop up or what, but a lot of confusion. Went for cheesesteaks, but they had tacos, and other stuff as well. One of the menus on the counter had the prices crossed off. Cheesesteak was nice, mozzarella sticks were super underwhelming(especially for $8 dollars). For 1 person seemed a little costly, for the quality.

The girl behind the counter was so much help. It was my first time here, and she even helped my mom, who is celiac, pick a nice lunch and even checked the nacho cheese container to make sure it was safe she went above and beyond. The food was delicious as well. I got the cheese steak with provolone, and my mom got the Philly cheese fries.

I am pretty disappointed that there is a mini donut sign and that’s not even what I’m upset about but I called about 10 minutes ago so I’m here around 8 o’clock and I’m called just to make sure because I had an experience long ago where the desserts just weren’t that good? It was later at night so totally understandable but I was told that they didn’t have any desserts. I would have to go to the east side Unless I wanted ice cream or a shake so according to the menu and the Sign, there’s donuts but the cheesecake, fried items, cookies, and it is kind of unacceptable and I will never be coming again. In fact, I’m pissed because of the lack of customer service or I’m not sure how to word it, but the tone and her voice was that she didn’t care and have been in the restaurant business. The least you can do is fake it. I’m so sorry. I apologize nothing and if you can’t even fake it at 8 o’clock at night, you know I get maybe you had a long day, but you have no desserts. I have to go to the east side cause I totally right away. I’m sitting outside. I just wanted to make sure you had certain things and the reason I wanted to make sure well I’m glad I did because apparently they don’t have anything except ice cream and shakes and what they do have is rude service so enjoy

Apparently, these are the mini donoughts as you can see they are complete scraps. She was too lazy to make them over so she quickly gave me a $5 bill. It would of been nice to have those mini doughnuts with my meal, without the attitude. She is seen in the picture. This worst customer service ever. Not to mention she didn’t speak when we came in. I’m in town visiting and chose this location because the bay shore location closed and the city location is too far. This was one of my favorite places to eat growing up, shameful that I can’t come back to my hometown and enjoy an old favorite. I will not be back.

I will never pay $8.94 for another mediocre medium ice cream shake again. Yes, $8.94! Especially when there’s so many great ice cream, custard and drink shops around the area and the city that sales shakes for $5.50-$6.50.I really wanted to enjoy it but could not wrap my head around the cost per value of the shake needless to say I was disappointed.

I have absolutely no clue why people hate this place. Rating it one star because of bad delivery?
I ordered a mozzarella burger and it was fantastic. Based on the reviews here, I expected it to be so much worse. It was a bit more expensive than I would’ve liked, but the burger was a half pound.
Maybe the delivery is bad, but definitely not the food.
