I came here to get a matcha and I also got one of their arepas de queso and it was soooo yummy! And the cashier was so patient with me and my friend! The place is also so cute to sit and study and only a few minutes away from campus!

10 stars! Mapped and walked over from hotel during my visit, and it was everything I hoped for and more! I was immediately greeted by the owner, ordered a seasonal pumpkin griffin and flat white. Food was excellent, atmosphere and service was . Don’t miss this hidden gem.

This place is so cute! Amazing chai and yummy bites. Love that their coffe comes from their very own 4th gen. Colombian farm. It’s basically on campus, so you’ll probably have to pay for parking. Only downside is there’s no bathroom!

This place is so cute and vibrant. The staff was so kind, the food was delicious and the matcha was an 11/10. I got a large, hot, brown sugar, matcha latte & it was soooo good! Check this place out if you’re in the Tempe area.

Got the cold brew and the arepa con aquacate. The coffee is very high quality with a strong dark flavor with bright notes coming through to balance. One of the higher quality coffee to find in the area. The arepa was decent but overpriced for the portion and quality IMO they luckily had Cholula packets available to add more flavor to the arepa. I would rate the cold brew 8.5/10 and the food 7/10

I’ve written a lot of reviews for coffee but this was in my top 3 if not top coffee I’ve ever had (and I honeymooned in Italy). Super fresh and the espresso was pulled PERFECTLY. It was acidic, slightly sour (in the best way, a zing on your tongue), and creamy. The flavor was phenomenal. I got the seasonal latte, which had mocha and butterscotch flavors. I had to go twice on my 4 day trip to Arizona and got some beans to bring home. My husband got some tea latte and they actually made the tea like you are supposed to, timing the brew and all. It was very good. 10000/10

Great location with fantastic coffee and arepas! Sincerely, my wife and I were thrilled with the quality of what we got. The only exception is that the matcha did not hit, but it was our first time, so may have been a one-off. The service was also wonderful and great vibes to hang out to.

I love Colombian coffee shops, you really can’t go wrong, but this one somehow tops the rest. I get their La Dulce vida signature latte and I can’t even begin to describe the caramelized flavor of the Dulce de leche mixed with their medium blend they use for espresso. It is absolutely the best coffee I’ve had in Phoenix bar none. It really is the perfect latte and I find myself reminiscing about it for days after getting one. If you’re debating whether or not to go here, stop and just get here!

Very cute and quaint coffee shop. It is on a campus so can get very busy with limited seating. Overalls we enjoyed our drinks.

I just discovered this amazing family (from Columbia) own place at ASU campus. I ordered Latte clasico and almond croissant. Coffee is amazing! Almond croissant dangerously too good. The place is crowded bur not too loud and it is simply perfect place for a breakfast, coffee break or meeting with a friend. They offer a lot of choices of coffee, teas or non coffee drinks. I didn’t order any meal but looking around everything looks so delicious and I am definitely coming back to try their meals too. All people working there are exceptionally kind. From today, Cafetal is one of my favorite places in the world!
