I went during a very busy time and my order was still taken in a timely manner and got my drink shortly after. All the employees were working well with eachother. The interior was clean and there were plenty of seating availability. My drink and bagel order was correct and tasted yummy. The location is convenient and in a good area.

Great place to drink a high quality coffee. They had specialty coffee at this time of the year. I am always a fan of Starbucks coffee and this shop doesn’t dissapoint. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can enjoy your coffee while using the wifi. Cool place.

I asked for a vanilla frapoe and they gave me vanilla bean something that was white , did not taste like coffee usually frapoes are the color of coffee. The staff everytime I go there seem stuck up and rude. Id recommend going across the street to city brew

I was in the drive through and just got a drink. I don’t know what was taking so long , it probably wasn’t the service it was probably a big order and people need to be considerate when they are ordering a lot and go inside ! I thankfully made my appointment but had no way to get out of the drive-thru.

Friendly staff and fast service but the coffee was not great. I order the same drink at every Starbucks, so I know how it should look and taste. This is definitely lacking the extra shot I ordered. The color is too light and all I taste it milk. There is also barely any carmel added. Disappointed in this location. When you pay this amount of money for a drink, you expect to yet what you ordered.

Came to get some work done between client visits, and it’s 10:15 on a Thursday. Both drive thru and lobby were closed. Walked in and there were maybe 4 patrons inside a spacious multi room location. Ordered and one of the baristas said you’ll need to leave, you can’t stay. When I questioned it she said, “didn’t you see the sign on the door that said LOBBY CLOSED” while other people were coming in. Said they were closing down the lobby bc everything was “crazy”… There were at least 4-5 employees behind the counter. Will NEVER be back… and someone should teach whoever I talked to about customer service…
