I was wary after reading some of the negative reviews but no complaints! I got a curry protein bowl and I liked it a lot. The bread and strawberry are a bonus. I like that they have lemon and lime slices at the drink station. The price is reasonable because it is enough for 2 meals.

Great food, but smaller dining area. We were hoping to dine-in but ended up taking to-go. There also appeared to be large invisible customer orders via doordash and Uber eats. We saw food moving through the line, but not for the people waiting in person. This location also has a drive through, so there were also those customers adding to the demand queue. Again, food was spot-on and employees were friendly. I think this particular location could have been built double the size given the growth and demand in the area.

In this world right now is so much hate. I thought I would share something that still is happening if you are nice and caring. My friend Salle and I stopped in Zupas on Eagle for lunch today. We were ordering and talking to the staff members. When we went to pay, Natalie and Rebekah the managers told us lunch was on them. We were shocked and so grateful, not so much as free, but the kindness they shared. They had said a man had come in, I guess not so nice to them and they wanted to combat that feeling and share the love for others. What do you think people?? There are still so many kind people out there, what goes around comes around, don’t you think. Thank you so much for your generosity and caring Natalie and Rebekah and Zupas for instilling this in their team members!

Cute little peppermint cup has rock hard chocolate inside. The same stuff they dip the single strawberries in, so nearly impossible to dig out of the cup. Asked about having a replacement (with softer, gooier chocolate? Like in the picture?) or refund and was shut down. Disappointed.

I am pregnant, and I had the pleasure of Ryan and Rebekah taking good care of me. Pregnant women shouldn’t have Deli meats. So I asked Ryan how long they toasted their sandwiches for. I told him I asked because I pregnant. He talked with Rebekah how to best help me. She said they would heat my meat AND then the sandwich! I was so happy with how thoughtful and sweet they were. I appreciated it so much! I wanted to call HR and thank them for giving outstanding customer service! But Zupas doesn’t do that. So I am writing a good review for these kind people. Also shout out to Sophie for trying to help me find the best way to leave a review! This store always has the sweetest people, thank you for hiring good people Zupas!

I guess I am doing my first google review EVER. Never had a reason to do that. We Germans don’t give compliments but THIS food blew my mind!!! And it’s the first place I am rating … EVER
The strawberry salad was probably the best salad I have ever eaten !!! And the soup was so delicious I can’t even tell! When I saw the food I thought „finally normal looking food here in America“ but THIS is beyond what I expected. You have a new customer

Rebecca ruined the entire experience. I had received notice my order would be done at 5:10. I got there at 5:15, they said they were still working on it. No biggie! I waited a few more minutes, then the shift-lead Rebecca comes in and asks me to show her the order. She said they don’t see it in their system. I show her 3 pages, including the item details, correct location, and order number. She asked to handle my phone, and I told her I can show her anything she wants to see, but I don’t want her food-handling gloves on my phone. She then got an attitude and took it personally that I didn’t want her touching my phone. She then treated her 2 employees like they were blind because my order was sitting on the counter the whole time!
I don’t care about waiting, but Rebecca was very rude. I asked for her name and she even made a comment to her employees “Yeah, he don’t need to know that name.” It seems she may be in the wrong industry with her customer service. Rebecca, even if it doesn’t mean anything to you, you’ve lost Zupas another customer.

My wife loves Café Zupas. It’s one of her favorite chains. This location had great food and quick service. The men’s bathroom was a little grungy, though. My kiddo wasn’t a huge fan of using the toilet there.
Otherwise, it was a great dining experience!

Today I went to buy my dinner at 8:40 pm. I know they close at 9, but they don’t have to be so rude over a sandwich that takes 5 minutes to make. Kate ignored me twice. Another girl came to take my order, I told her my order, and Kate laughed in my face. I told the girl I wanted my sandwich without tomato because I’m very allergic, and she put tomato on it anyway. Kate was very, very rude. She came to ring up my order, and I ordered two extra strawberries. She charged me $4 more and didn’t even put them in my bag. The service was extremely terrible.

Food was great, the treat we had was awful, we got the candy cane chocolate cup (we had it before) it was so great. This time they put hardly any chocolate on it and the chocolate they did put on it was too hard and stuck on the top to eat. It did not look anything like the picture. We asked if they could give us more chocolate to dip the strawberries in and they refused unless we payed for more. Really disappointed with the customer service.
