We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. So delicious! Had a wonderful time here. The first thing I noticed on the menu was some very affordable prices. The seasonal menu certainly caught my eye. Having a nice cup of coffee and a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich with country style potatoes on a cold Colorado day is an experience! You also can’t sleep on the Blueberry Cornbread very well done. I appreciate the atmosphere that they are trying to create. Your able to see right past the white tile and into the kitchen from your seat.

This place is really tidy, clean and spacious inside. The waitress and other staff that I interacted with were all professional, polite and perfectly friendly. The food was so good that I overate and had to throw in the towel.
I had these tres lychee French toast or something and woah, so good.
Thanks for making the first of many more to come visit a great one.

We normally hit Dozens but recently found out it moved! So we decided to try First Watch and WOW!!! I can’t believe this has been here this whole time! What a hidden gem! Food was excellent! It was crowded but I understand the reason behind their popularity. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff! Everything was delicious! We tried the Parmesan Hash, cheesy grits and French toast with sausage. So Yummy! For our drinks, Mint Mocha iced coffee and Tangerine Dream was awesome!

Came here with our family and the food and atmosphere were outstanding! It was packed but you couldn’t tell. We were able to hold a convo etc. The food was some of the best breakfast we had our entire trip!
The only downfall was out waitress was as friendly as a honey badger. Our entire family was uncomfortable but the food made up for it. Ha.
