Restaurant had “not enough grilled chicken” to make my salad I was offered to buy. Some thing else was never offered to wait for a fresh batch and was told at the register it would be over 20 minutes. I don’t understand why. The food wasn’t being prepped while the restaurant was running out? And then at the register I was charged full price and not offered anything not even a drink to make up for the short coming. I spend probably $200 a month at Café Rio but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this. Really disappointing.

So I went here for my nachos, which is always good. But this one time, they were out of grilled chicken, and the queso was out with a 15 min wait time…. any other time, this would have been a 1 star review, but thanks to Maggie and her great customer service, she turned what would have been an unsatisfied customer into a satisfied customer.

I really Enjoyed the service and the food when I 1st visited in September 2022. Then I revisited today July 6 2023 and The service was simply excellent and unexpectedly perfect. The young man should be a trainer if he isn’t already. He handled multiple in store customers without a hitch and never made me feel unnoticed or unimportant or unattended to. My food was delicious.
