Came in 45 minutes after open to find food and staff was not ready. Got some birria tacos like I normally do from the cafe near my house in Draper. They didn’t even come close to the quality and taste of my local Draper cafe rio. Went to use the men restroom to find that they had a 1 12 abs drain line that had been cut off and not capped resulting in sewer gas filling the bathroom making it hard to breathe. As a plumber let me tell you, y’all nasty….

Never gotten an order so wrong anywhere. We got pick up and got 1 steak quesadilla with an extra side of rice. That ended up being chicken with no side of rice.

The “wheat” tacos with grilled chicken were incredibly dry and hard to eat — why did i pay extra again? If I wasn’t so hungry, I wouldn’t have eaten them. The scoop of beans were mostly liquid and the fountain drink was mostly syrup (my 3yr old barely touched it! ). My 3-yr-old’s quesadilla also had no cheese on half of it and a lump cheese on the other, which wasn’t melted in the center.

I’m sure my burrito will be awesome usually is, I just don’t understand why I can’t ever get my drinks when I place delivery? It makes me so mad that maybe I’ll see if the competition can’t deliver the drink I order with my food! I’ve even emailed you asking you to change the way you do drinks because it’s obvious you don’t do drinks with delivery!!! So really next time I’m in the cafe Rio mood I’ll give someone else a shot because I’m pretty sure I’ll get my damn drink!

Very good food! First time I have visited Café rio and I have to say it wasn’t bad at all. I wish I had gotten a bigger meal though because my food was gone like that. The employees are very kind, and even the janitor was cool! Not too long of a wait in line either, but it wasn’t too empty either.

Pinto beans were cold, guac was warm, sour cream was warm, rice tasted old. Quesadilla was decent but the grill they cooked it on was dirty beyond a doubt. Ordered 1 tres leches, got charged for 2. Ordered chips, queso and salsa. Had to tell 4 Employees this and still only got the chips and queso. Lady behind me was clearly an employee and got special treatment. She also ordered chips(more of them than me) and got them before me. My friends order was made wrong. The cashier who had told us to wait for our chips, left during it all instead of grabbing the chips. All employees except the guy who started our ordered seemed annoyed that they are being made to do their jobs. We were given 2 ranches that burst open in the bag before we even left. Lady asked me 3 times if I wanted everything with my quesadilla. I said yes all 3 times but why couldn’t she remember it after the first 2.Will not be back, Costa vida has won me as a customer cause of this horrid experience.

Really, Cafe Rio? Really? One tiny teaspoon of meat on each taco I ordered? I paid $12 for a pound of lettuce on top of one teaspoon of meat. (I removed the lettuce for clarity in the photos before putting it back on for consumption.) After two bites the meat was gone and I was stuck with a romaine quesadilla. Twice. Both tacos. Come on, Cafe Rio, do better.

Wanted to get grilled chicken and lettuce and was forced to pay for entire dish i.e salad. Other restaurants customize the order and pay only for the food you ordered. Paid $13 for the pile of lettuce which is not even cut well. Grilled Chicken was dry. Save your time and money and go to other stores.

I love cafe Rio, one of the best places to grab food, but the staff here. So rude. Went here to grab food for some friends and I, and there was a lot of us at home. They wanted 17 ninos to share. I ordered a tostada for myself and grabbed the ninos for everyone, well tried too. The staff mocked and ridiculed us in Spanish, thinking I wouldn’t understand. Proceeded to tell me they “don’t have enough tortillas” to make the small ninos. There are stacks and stacks of tortillas so I don’t know what BS that was about. They told me they can make me a quesadilla, which was no where equivalent to the amount we wanted. I also recently placed a pick up order, and Elsa who I believe is the manager , I’m not sure, that’s the name on the receipt gave my boyfriend a lot of attitude, and she was also the same woman working ridiculing us that time as well. Not ok.
