My friends and I have come multiple times. Food tastes good, but their portions are extremely small. Like super small. This has happened for salads, burritos, and nachos. With having no face to face interaction, management/franchise owners need to fix that. I won’t go into other working issues with this location that do exist. I don’t think pictures do the flat burritos justice. I’m paying for extra meat and not getting a lot.

First time ordering here. Placed the order online and I was on time for pick up. My name was on the “ready” screen, along with a dozen others but no orders were on the racks (possibly already picked up but still showing as ready). I asked an employee and without checking, she said they were working on my order so I proceeded to wait. Then my name came off the screen completely. I asked her again and she checked and said they’ll get it going. I waited longer and when I asked again… apparently they didn’t know where my order went so I had to tell them what I ordered, which was relayed to a cook, then brought to me after a few minutes. Luckily the order was correct..25 minutes after arriving. I get the idea of having a convenient “To-Go” style place but the execution was horrible.

Why is there cheese on top of my guacamole appetizer?? And I ordered a pint of your creamy dressing for $6. But was given 4 4oz containers and realized y’all scam us because each of those containers ordered individually is $1 which equals $4. Explain why I’m paying 2 extra dollars to get a pint when it’s no more than 4 containers which is $4.

I never write reviews but i had to this time. This place just keeps getting worse. It was raining today so I purposely went for the drive in which wasn’t working so I had to go inside slipped and almost fell because they have no mat or rug inside the door. Took forever to do the kiosk and then when I wanted to pay cash this worker was like, “I’ll help you in a minute” and then proceeded to make more meals and ignore me for a while.” It took Forever to get the food (like 25-30 minutes) and then when I got home the lettuce was slimy, brown and wilted. I live so close to this place and would like to go here again but after today probably won’t.

Cafe Rio is good as always! One employee, Tracy, is VERY interested in making sure your experience is good. This particular restaurant has touchscreen kiosks that you can order from, which is convenient as long as you don’t have any special instructions (such as light lettuce).

The kiosk wasn’t working, and took longer than if I ordered with an actual person which was annoying but what is worse is the tiny portion sizes. Do you see this sad excuse for for lettuce on the side?? This has to be the sadest looking burrito I have ever received from café Rio. Don’t get me wrong. I love Café Rio and they’ve always done goodbye my book but this location is just sad if this is what their food looks like. This is not normal café Rio, and they need to up their game. I wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t know how good café Rio usually is. The workers were helpful and kind, but may be someone should train them on how to make the food correctly.

I was a little disappointed with the service here. I got a burrito through the drive thru and I asked for double rice, no beans. I thoroughly dislike beans in my burritos. I took it home, and when I bit into it it had beans. I was just disappointed.

It was good while it lasted, I think this location is slowly turning out to be like the Provo one and Orem (university location), got a little bit of lettuce had to take out a good amount of brown and wilted lettuce. People at the window were nicer than the other two locations though (why the 3 stars)
