most overpriced fast food ever 26 for nachos, cookie and a drink. They put barely a scoop of cheese on the nachos so I asked for more and they said oh we have to charge you more which I said was fine. Not worth the money now with the new menu. Everything has changed

The young man helping us was amazing. However his manager was awful. He should be embarrassed talking down to his employees in front of customers. Apparently, he felt the need to be little him about product placement in the bag like hes some little kid. Nothing ruins good employees like toxic managers like that. Don’t talk to people like that. Rude. If I ever see that again I will absolutely find a way to get HR involved. Be nice to your employees! That young man gave

The food was good as usual but the manager, I assume, a short Hispanic man was incredibly rude. There were a few people behind us but he was acting like it was rush hour. He was very rude and had no costumer service neither did the young girl working with him. Made me feel bad for even ordering. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced! Not coming back

Chipotle is usually my favorite food, but I often get a craving to come to specifically cafe Rio. It’s definitely got a different flavor than chipotle, and the staff are way more awesome to customers. I usually come with my little brother, and when I come without him, they are asking where he is. Thought about going to chipotle today, and then I remembered how awesome the staff was here, so I came here instead. Great food too!

The staff are generally friendly and the restaurant is generally clean.. That said a chicken quesadilla with guacamole is now $17.50+. No drink, no other add-ons, just guac. You can literally go anywhere else and get a better value.

Went here today after work to pick up my online order of a steak.Burrito got home took a bite and it was grilled chicken . And it was like sixteen dollars overpriced. Even though I was tired.
I drove back down there to ask them to fix it.They gave me some excuse that they have new people working and they change the menu. They said sorry and gave me some free chips in queso.the chips were still the cheese was cold?And then I get all the way home , take a bite of my burrito , and there’s black beans in there which I did not order black beans , the manager even looked at my receipt and still made it wrong.

Cafe Rio was ‘What’s for Lunch?’ on Sunday after church. The order line works like a Subway, but the food is much better. It moves along. Tortillas are fresh made as you watch, the veggies are fresh daily and the food is served as it would be along the river which is the namesake. Expect to pay more for this. Dinner for 7 was over $60. The salad was served in a fresh tortilla with a choice of entree meat, and a dressing choice. Rice and beans and steak, as the meat, are upgrades.
The dining room is large and decorated with charming tin ware lighting and other Mexican style furnishings.
Cafe Rio is located in a strip mall and the parking is shared. The restrooms are clean and stocked.

I won’t go back to cafe Rio unless the fair prices and regular menu items come back.
They just lost a regular, I came every week, sometimes more.
