I absolutely love this Dunkin location! I stop here every single day to get breakfast for my son, and they never disappoint. The service is always fast, friendly, and consistent.
The manager is especially wonderful. She is so kind and welcoming, and you can truly see that she cares about the customers and her team. That positive energy makes such a difference in the morning.

Stopped by this morning and everything was quick and smooth. My drink was made perfectly like always! Im always here! Staff knows me hehe. The staff is very friendly, and the energy felt good even during the busy rush. It’s always nice when a simple coffee run starts the day on a good note. Definitely coming back

The staff in the morning is great! They always get my order right! Anais (the manager) goes above and beyond and usually makes my coffee since she helped me find my first hot coffee from DD that I actually liked! Yesenia at the window is super nice and attentive too! Will definitely continue to come here!

Make a line going all the way to the road, not allowing people to pull up so their time will look better for the drive through. Highly unprofessional. Literally making people late so they get an extra bonus check for good time. On top of not cooking the food all the way and constantly messing up drinks. This has to be the worst Dunkin in lee county.

I have been coming to this new DD since they opened. I will say, they are not very pleasant and I usually have to repeat my order a few times until they get it right, whether I’m at the drive up window or I go inside. But, that’s ok, I’m a patient person.
My order always consists of an ice coffee, black, no ice. Simple. Well, today was different. I was told that I HAVE to have ice in my coffee (perplexed). I stated that I don’t like ice in my coffee, I’m here everyday and have always received what I ordered. The response was “No Ma’am, we don’t do that, we have to put ice in your coffee”. Hmmm….repeat….I’m here everyday and have always received what I ordered. No Ma’am, we don’t do that. Ok, well, is this a new rule? Does a customer have to have ice now??? It’s fine if you have this new rule, but just tell me! Don’t tell me you don’t do it, when clearly you have AND insinuate that I’m a liar! “No Ma’am, it’s not new, we don’t do that”. My patience ran thin, I hit the gas and was out of there.
Needless to say, not only have they lost me as a customer, but I’ve have spread the word to family and friends.
I do hope the Management team reads their reviews. A little kindness goes a long way. Maybe even a smile and a positive attitude to accommodate their customer needs. Not a lot to ask 🙂

The women in charge is very rude. She has terrible customer service. The other employees seem ok. My order was wrong so I went inside instead of just trying to make it right she lied to me about my order being wrong when it clearly wasn’t. I had proof on my phone and the ticket. She tried to make me think I was wrong. When she gave it back to me she was very snotty and giving me dirty looks while speaking to her co-workers in Spanish. Beware I will never go there again.

2-7-2026, worst service ever today. I always order on the app and walk in to get my order. Today I stood for 5 minutes I could see what I thought was my order. No one even said a word. I had to reach over and grab my food. Now that I left I noticed my order was 50% correct.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a large French vanilla frozen coffee with three extra pumps of vanilla. They gave me one with one pump of vanilla and it taste nasty. I take it back. The lady literally takes the old one, put it back in the blender and I don’t know what she added to it, which made it taste worse is not drinkable when I told her hey you’re not supposed to do that. We’re supposed to throw it away and make me a new one. she said she didn’t care never again will I go to that Dunkin which is pretty sad because from all the other Dunkin this one I gave it a zero I mean I should’ve just gone down the street.
