My husband and I came here for brunch. We were able to come in and get seated immediately and this was around noon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was very pleasant and spacious, modern with a contemporary twist. I ordered the waffle grilled cheese with the artichoke tomato soup and my husband ordered the omelette you can’t refuse. Both turned out to be very delicious and filling. My waffle shaped grilled cheese, had such a delicious and long cheese pulled and impaired very nicely with the artichoke tomato soup. They offer unlimited self serve coffee that comes with filtered water and various creams. I would definitely come back here in the future and recommend this place to anyone local looking for a unique and healthy and affordable café.

Food was great! The flavors of everything were very balanced and they have an option for everyone.

Prices are a bit high for what your getting, but in my opinion when you go to these places your paying for the experience & environment.

If your looking for the same type of food for less, go to first watch. Otherwise this is great for those that don’t mind spending an average of $55 for 2 people (drinking water only)

Great atmosphere, very beautiful and clean. Came here for brunch for the first time. Very welcoming staff and great service. Will was a star serving our table. The manager quickly fills in gaps like a team player. The food was very delicious, much better than I expected. Plenty of healthy options and options for the little ones also. Self-service bottomless coffee station with a variety of options is actually great. Enjoyed our visit.

Ecstatic Cafe Patachou came to Lexington! Must try the Ricotta scrambled eggs and one of their French Omelettes, Hippie with a Benz with Arugula and a side of Avocado is my favorite. They have GREAT gluten free bread and options. They are very careful and label everything with a flag. Really enjoy the self serve and bottomless coffee bar. Cinnamon toast is an excellent staple.

Excellent food and service at the opening weekend. The house coffee is good, and both of our dishes (chilaquiles and McKenzie omelet with breakfast potatoes and cinnamon toast) were flavorful and well cooked. Service was friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for a more upscale breakfast/brunch.

Newest restaurant at The Summit at Fritz Farm. If you’re looking for breakfast or brunch this is the place!
I love grilled cheese sandwiches and their waffled grilled cheese is the best I’ve ever had. It came with a cup of tasty tomato and artichoke soup. Our server Will was a jewel.
I will definitely be returning soon.

I’ve been here twice now, and it’s already become a favorite breakfast spot for me. On my first visit, I ordered the lox toast and was immediately impressed by how fresh everything tasted–the ingredients were clearly high quality, thoughtfully prepared, and perfectly balanced. On my second visit, I tried The McKenzie omelet, which was just as good: fluffy, flavorful, and generously filled without feeling heavy. And the cinnamon toast – if you order one thing, order this. It comes as a side, or you can get a basket for the table (a good ‘appetizer’ idea).

Beyond the food, the experience really stands out. The service was genuinely great. Sydney waited on us both times and was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, sit back, and actually enjoy the people you’re with rather than hurry through your meal.

All around, this spot feels like exactly what Lexington needed to add to its food scene: fresh food done right, excellent service, and a calm, comfortable vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

I could not be more excited that Café Patachou is expanding to Lexington! Anyone who has experienced their incredible food and hospitality knows what a huge win this is for our community. Café Patachou has long been known for its fresh, high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and a menu that somehow manages to feel both comfortingly familiar and impressively elevated. Every dish is crafted with care, and the flavors are consistently outstanding.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with energy — the kind of place where you want to bring friends, take a client for coffee, or sit with a laptop and feel productive. Their breakfast and brunch offerings are legendary, the coffee is always exceptional, and the service team makes you feel right at home every time.

Lexington is gaining something truly special with this expansion, and I genuinely can’t wait to become a regular. Welcome to Lexington, Café Patachou — we’re thrilled to have you!

It was busy due to it being opening weekend, but myself and hubby had a fantastic experience! The banana nut coffee was divine, and we enjoyed it very much! The French style omelettes were absolutely delicious – fluffy, creamy, and perfectly seasoned – and paired so well with the buttery toast. Jesse and Pryse checked on us often and were so friendly, and so kind! Thank you Jesse for the blueberry crumble coffee beans – we’ll put them to good use at home! ☕ We can’t wait to come again! ❤️
