Our friends took us to for lunch at the Stoney Creek Inn. Our server, Craig, was friendly and attentive. Our friends started off their lunch with a cup of Cream of Crab soup, which thy enjoyed. For their lunches, they chose the Crab Toast, which was an open-faced sub roll topped with imperial sauce, lump crab, and cheddar jack cheese and a Shrimp Salad on multigrain bread with Cole slaw. They also ordered an order of Sweet Potato Fries with melted butter and cinnamon sugar on the side. This was such an interesting combination, which he really likes. My husband and I decided to try the Shrimp Salad with no bread. He had his with tomato and onion rings and I had mine with lettuce, tomato and Sweet Potato Fries. The shrimp salad was a generous portion that was perfectly seasoned. They serve their drinks in small pitchers. To finish, we had the Lemon Cheesecake and Aunt Louise dessert which was a Smith Island Cake that was beyond decadent – it was a chocolate peanut butter cake. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunches.

Really nice vibe and great food at a great price. We started with two drinks that were both tasty, the peachy mule and the Hard Arnie. Neither drink was overly sweet but both were very flavorful. The crab balls are an excellent option if you came craving a crab cake but maybe don’t want to eat that much, really similar experience of great flavors and lump crab in a smaller package. The fried green tomatoes were one of the specials and they were also nicely fried with a lovely sauce on top. The buffalo chicken salad and sweet potato fries made a great entree combo and everything worked together beautifully (we recommend the pepper Parmesan dressing). Highly recommended, great option for a summer date night.

How have I not reviewed this place before?! I have been coming here for 7 years because it is delicious. Nothing frilly or fancy, just great seafood and service.
The ambiance is very casual with picnic tables outside. No need to dress up here.
Some of my favorite dishes: crab pretzel, crab dip, hush puppies, both crab soups especially together, shrimp salad wrap, Stoney creek chicken sandwich, snow crab legs, chicken Chesapeake, stuffed shrimp, cucumber salad, sweet potato fries, and macaroni salad. And don’t forget dessert, all delicious as well. Always ask for the dessert special of the day, last time it was carrot cake and it was fantastic.
I recommend this restaurant 100% and I hope you give them a try.

I am in from Colorado to help set up the new local car wash and I knew I needed to try some crab cakes from around here before I left and this place did not disappoint! Very generous amount of crab and good side portions to go with my cup of Maryland crab soup. I got a side of tarter sauce, and while also good, it’s not even needed. Also a nice friendly staff. I recommend this place fully and will be back before I leave!

Cute spot that is a local gem by our house. The service is great and crabs are relatively heavy at $96 for a dozen large as of this post. The $12 appetizer munchies is meh at best with overly breaded and fried tenders. The oysters were ok but not very meaty. Overall a nice experience.
Oh and don’t be this person who parked in the only handicapped spot without a permit (and clearly not handicapped as proven by her actions with her family).

Not my 1st time here but they just started their new Menu this week I think. I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Sweet Potato Fries and it is PERFECT! The flavor or the Wrap is exactly what you want and the Sweet Potato Fries are nice and crispy.
Madi was my server and she was so nice and took great care of me….tip her well!
This is THE spot to be at this upcoming summer and I plan on trying the whole menu!

The food here was delicious. We traveled from Hampton Roads, VA to eat here after watching Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. This a must, just know they do not serve steamed crabs anymore.

Came here in the summer and it is just what you could want from a seafood experience. The crab pretzel was melty, rich, and delicious, and the stuffed shrimp was fresh and full of flavor. Everyone was kind and lovely, and this is such a wonderful and warm place to sit down for lunch!! I just can’t recommend enough. 1000% worth a stop!!
