Parking is available in the Pacific Avenue Parking Garage next to Café Momentum.*** Chef Chad Houser is both the CEO and Executive Chef at Café Momentum, an award-winning, non-profit American Restaurant that serves as both farm-to-table fine dining restaurant and paid post-release internship for juvenile offenders. Café Momentum offers a custom post-release program, teaching critical skills necessary for lifelong success, while building an ecosystem of support. At-risk youth rotate through every aspect of the restaurant from waiting tables to washing dishes, while working side-by-side with amazing chefs.
